Best Repair Water Fixtures in Austin TX

I had a slab leak under my kitchen sink which required the cold water line to the refrigerator be rerouted. I called S & D Plumbing on Thursday. They had a someone over that afternoon to look at the job. It required tapping into the water line in the kitchen ceiling, running a new line down the wall behind the refrigerator and installing a new valve to connect to the refrigerator. They created quite a mess with cut dry wall, insulation, dust, and general scrap. When they left, you could not tell they had been there. Oh, by the way, they showed up in time Monday morning, and the water line repair works fine.

Juan is the man!!! He was extremely thorough, explained, and showed me exactly what was going on and made suggestion as to what should be done. He gave me a bid to re-plumb an entire Kitchen sink and there’s no way that price could be beat!

In November, I experienced a massive leak in my yard. Radiant was working on a house down the street, and came over to help. Turns out there was a busted sprinkler from a neighboring house. From then I promised myself to use Radiant for future plumbing needs. Andrew came by today, on time, and helped fix a few outstanding issues with my faucet, toilet and overall water pressure. He was incredibly helpful and jumped into fix. I appreciated the thoroughness and the ease of getting an appointment. Highly recommend them!

Owner, GIlbert, is awesome! Came to fix a handful of things, realized he didn't have a key part, rescheduled without charging for the first visit, and did quick, complete, quality work. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!

The guys got hung up on a previous job, which I understand since my ex was a plumber his entire career. Despite the delay, the company was very communicative re: the lateness. And the quality and value of the service made up for it in spades :-) Friendly and knowledgeable techs went out of their way to ensure a job well done (and it was NOT a pleasant job!).

Had toilet tank repaired. Technician was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem and replaced the needed tank part very fast.

I took off of work so that I could be home for my 9am appointment and they no called no showed! I called 30 minutes after my appointment time and they said they might have someone that can come in an hour. Completely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

The salesman lied about where a belly in the drainage system was so he could recommend a full repipe.
I went with a different company for half the price and they confirmed the area of the belly. Get multiple other estimates before using this company.
