Best Repair Job in Austin TX

This event, a baffling and inconvenient sewer pump failure at our home, was the second time we’ve used S&D for our plumbing needs, and both times have been stellar experiences. Don Stone, our assigned technician, arrived on time, quickly assessed our problem, and immediately went to work to correct it. Don was smart, professional, and personable, and is an excellent representative of a great service company. We really appreciate S&D Plumbing for being there when we really needed them!

Eli S arrived well within the specified window. He was easy to work with. He repaired the burst pipe quickly. He even had to removed and reinstall the old siding to get to it. Super job!!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I had two days off from work to have repairs completed on my home. The first day Mr. Rooter was scheduled for repairs I received a call from them that morning stating that the plumber called in for the day. I rescheduled for my next day off. On the next scheduled day, I received a call from Mr. Rooter two hours prior to my appointment asking if they could reschedule. I informed them that this was the rescheduled appointment and that I would seek services from another company.

Great experience! Lee and his dispatcher Melissa were able to get someone out the next day. Cobey and his helper Dillon got the job done quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

They quoted me one price over the phone, when the two guys came to my house they quoted a higher price. I told them what I was quoted over the phone, they said yeah that sounds like a better deal and insisted on the higher price. I refused their price, but then I had to pay them for the service call. Next I bought a platinum package and they discounted for the service call, but they couldn't clear my drain so they wanted $500+ to bring in another tool, that also didn't clear it, eventually their supervisor came out, diagnosed my problem in five minutes, and knocked down the price because they didn't fix it. Supervisor was helpful and I appreciate him not charging full price for not clearing the drain, it was the best part of my experience.

The entire AAA Auger team was great in doing a complete re-pipe of my house following the winter storm. Jose was superb in explaining what needed to be done and his craftsmanship is stellar. From the excellent plumbing work to the inspection arrangements, they were incredibly responsive. Definitely recommend!

This company saved my life. They are the ones to go to if you need help. I will be using them again.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

Consumer beware. We hired Good Flow for an inspection and they lied to us about our plumbing and over quoted us. We had to get a second opinion and sent out a second company. The second company confirmed we didn't have any issues with photos. Anyways, long story short, I highly do not recommend Good Flow. I don't want anyone to go through the horrible experience we went through. This is a shady company and trying to make money using scared tactics. Also, read other people's reviews as their stories are very similar to mine. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM! THEY ARE CROOKS!

Steven and Jason replaced a failed PRV and water main shutoff. They were efficient, thorough, and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Kelly and Justin were amazingly helpful. My hot water heater fizzled out earlier in the day. They came out ASAP and got it back up and running. Big time help and service, thanks!

Update: The office followed up & corrected the issue by shredding the invoice. They promised that was not their normal level of service & that customers love them. I do appreciate their effort to correct the situation & have changed my star rating from 1 to 3.Plumber came out to repair leaking toilet. Charged $180 to replace parts in tank. They left the house & still have the same leak. I feel they took advantage of an elderly woman. Requested they come back to fix the issue. Now they want to replace the toilet for an extra $500. Very disappointed that they charge for work that did not fix the issue. They also tracked mud into the house & were late for their appointment. Do not recommend & will not use them again.

Republic Pipeworks has completed both commercial and residential plumbing projects for me and I cannot say enough about the quality of the work.Everything is done in a timely fashion and usually has a discount on certain repairs or replacements.Jim Seiler is most knowledgeable and personable in all the work that he does and I highly recommend trying out his service.

A great family owed business in central Texas! Drew is a charmer along with being an excellent plumber. The price was reasonable compared to other local companies. I will definitely use them again!

Tyler Garrison the owner and his office manager Danielle both provided support through excellent communication and problem solving to redo a tub to shower conversion started by another contractor. Finding a plumber to complete work another plumber started was a challenge with several different solutions offered and widely varying quotes and or no responses from other contractors. Tyler was a true professional taking his time to look at the job he explained in detail what needed to be done, took notes and presented a detailed estimate that was reasonable based on the other quotes I received. Honest, personable people you can count on to take care of your plumbing problems.

I’ve used Indigo from new construction projects, to remodels to plumbing services for my personal home and they do a great job every time. There’s something to be said about contractors that do what they say they’re going to do and stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

I called Advanced Plumbing On a Sunday as the alarm from my grinder pump went off. My home is not even 2 yrs old.When I called to schedule the visit I mentioned it was the grinder pump that needed to be fixed. I was told that their service charge was $69 and It would be voided if I decided for them to fix it.Well....when the technician Mike arrived, he was not even able to do a diagnosis, and did not even bother to open the lid of the pump to assess the issue. He said that was a very laborious process( My neighbor came and opened the lid in just 10 mins after the technician left). The technician handed me an estimate of $669 just to Disconnect pump from utilities and perform inspection. Yes, you read that night. JUst for a diagnosis of a grinder pump issue.The very least he could have done was to open the lid for the $69 they charged . It is deceiving that they would not tell their clients that if they have to check a grinder pump it will cost $669 just to lift the lid.(which takes only 5- 10 minutes) and to give you a diagnosis report.For those of you who have this issue, please simply silence your alarm,turn off the motor and if you don't have an overflow you can still wait a few hrs or 24 hrs to call a another company who will not charge you a trip fee and will give you a free estimate and a diagnosis. I gave them one star for coming to my home on labor day weekend. Don't waste $69 and your valuable time with this company if you have a grinder pump issue. The rest of my experience with this company was not deserving of any star. BTW, even if your pump is jammed I called several reputable plumbing companies after he left and it costs only between $175-$320 to do this job...NOT $700.

Their rep/plumber came to my home that we moved into 1 week ago to fix a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. It's a wall mounted Kohler toilet. He flat out said,, I've never seen a wall mounted toilet in a home. I left him alone to try to fix it. He told me that he would have to open the wall in order to adjust the setting and left. I examined my toilet after he left and saw an half inch dent next to the flushing button on the wall that was not there prior to the plumber's visit. I contacted his company to complain. The young woman I spoke with relayed my complaint to the manager. I then received a voicemail from her that the plumber denied causing the damage and that it was my problem. It's his word against a customer's and they chose to accept his word; no questions asked. Unprofessional and plain bad customer service and experience.
