As someone who has watched Magnolia over 30 times and could teach a full semester class at UCLA about the film and its references. Your commercial for John Oliver was genius, incredible and your production team is unreal. I know you bring detail and hard work to your plumbing company, just by what you did with that commercial. Also, your donation is so above and beyond. A++

I can't really say anything negative about the quality of work (I had my tankless water heater flushed) because it's the first time I've had it done. There were issues with scheduling and there seems to have been further miscommunication about rescheduled dates. The young man that came out I'm sure did a good job but had poor people skills. He didn't smile once. I don't think I've ever seen that.

I was impressed by both the speed and effectiveness of Mr. Rooter's plumber when they came to address the issues I was encountering in my kitchen. I've called a couple other plumbers in Austin before, and none of them left the same impression on me as Mr. Rooter.

Way to much money

Al Mac Plumbing and gas are kind, knowledgeable and do amazing work for a very reasonable price. Hard to find this caliber of company!!!!

Hired a handyman/tile guy to do the tile in a bathroom and install a new vanity and toilet… BIG MISTAKE. They did a poor job removing the vanity and long story short, we had leaks and ended up calling ABC to get a plumber to help fix the messes and install the toilet and vanity. Couldn’t be happier with that decision. Waseem did an amazing job-very - he was honest, respectful and informative. I want him to be our plumber moving forward!

Overall HVAC system check. Very thorough inspection with a written report & pictures. Took the time to explain current system status and any current deficiencies. Was very satisfied with the quality of service the technician David provided.

Jackson was an excellent repair person! He was respectful, polite and knowledgeable. Would use this co. again.

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Carrier A/C was broken. What should have taken 2 days from date of service call took 9 days due to lack of training for first technician and lack of responsiveness from the parts department. I was connected to a dispatch manager once when I called with concerns, but two other calls to service manage to complain about service were never returned. The system was finally fixed by the second technician, who knew what he was doing. I'm not entirely sure I didn't pay about $1400 for parts I didn't need, as the second guy checked my drain when the $1200 system board was not talking to the system. When he cleared that, everything started booting up. I was so tired of being hot that I just paid, but will never use this company again.

I had Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to my rental and give me a quote for a water leak. James was very responsive and gave me multiple quotes based on what he thought was wrong. This cost me $99 which based on what I've paid recently in the area for plumbing work was very fair. If I end up needing a plumber to fix the leak, I'll go with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for sure.

JOSH was very knowledgeable about the NEST that runs our Carrier heating/cooling system. We were very happy with his efficiency.

Our A/C stopped blowing cold air Saturday night and I called Go Green Sunday morning. Alex was at my house within 2 hours of the call and had the A/C up and running within an hour.Alex was extremely helpful and walked me through his diagnostics along the way. He also walked me through some simple maintenances I can be doing to help prevent additional issues down the line.Go Green and Alex were great and I'll certainly use them again for any future HVAC work.

My pipe was completely damaged and I had to call a plumbing service to fix it, a friend recommended turbo plumbing and I was very satisfied with the service, great.
