Juan Martinez installed a new water heater for me today. I was so impressed with him, both personally and professionally, I asked for his card so I can request him in the future. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time having to use a plumber as my wife and I just bought our first home. Stephen was great and went well above and beyond our expectations. He even helped on a totally non-related issue. I would suggest this company and him to anyone looking for a plumber. Great quality and fair price.

Chris, Jimmy and Amid came by my home and are some really nice guys! They are as professional as can be too! I had my TP Valve go out and they presented me with as many options as possible to get my hot water back in working order. They are extremely knowledgeable, Caring, Compassionate and really made a great impression on me. They had to order the part they needed and made sure that the warranty covered the cost of the part, in addition, since they knew my family was without hot water the whole day, they coordinated with me and told me that they would be there early the next morning to get this installed right away.I left the garage open for them and not even 10 min later they were there! Chris and Amid are really awesome dudes, was like I knew them for years, they kept their word and in no time the water heater was fixed. Roto-Rooter even drained it for me and inspected everything to make sure that it was safe before leaving my house. Roto-Rooter is one of the best companies out there and have been around for so long that you have to wonder why? Well its because they are trust worthy, professional, and do what they say they are going to do. Chris, Jim and Amid, thanks for making that a great experience! You have a customer for life! I had a very positive experience with this company today dealing with a clogged sewer pipe. It was easy to set up an appointment, the plumber was on time, and he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and masked. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. What a relief to have the problem fixed so quickly and efficiently.

I called them to fix my A/C. They were quick, efficient, and affordable. Very nice people, and very trustworthy. I would definitely recommend.

These people do not deserve 5 star rating. What a joke. They were supposed to come and fix my hot water in my apartment at csc management and went straight back and lied said my water was 110 degrees. They lied. I have been without hot water for months and these people come in and lied. Shame on you. I am a 57 year old woman who always pays rent before it is due and can't get hot water. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this company. I Short Term Rental my home due to everything being so expensive these past few years and reviews in that business is extremely important. My kitchen faucet had a catastrophic failure the very last moment as i was leaving. I called Westmoreland who understood my situation and dispatched a tech who immediately responded and arrived with the correct internal components to repair the faucet with-in 3 hours, all before my guests arrived. I am very grateful for their exceptional service!

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

Charged for the estimate, did not provide an itemized quote and wanted $375 for a 1 hour job that required no parts. Will never use again. That said they did fix the problem, the work was of good quality and the plumbers were professional. But $375 an hour for an estimate and repair is an unreasonable price for what should be expected of a reputable plumbing company.

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. His prices are fair, and his work quality is excellent. I highly recommend you check him out!!

Update Spring 2022: Call these guys before it gets hot (and they get busy)!! Our 4yo units needed new capacitors. Eric Castle was amazing!!! We are ready for the heat! Had Spring cleaning and maintenance of units also completed. Will have them back for a Fall maintenance.Summer 2018 - One of our two 11yo AC condensers died. Efficient AC was able to get us a new unit with the specs we requested. Earnest and Arthur were on time and efficient. Three weeks later our second unit died. And once again, Efficient AC came to the rescue and provided us with the same support we needed.

Allan and Red came to replace our PRV and repair a leaky toilet. After having another plumbing company come to give us an estimate, Neighborhood Plumbing not only saved us over $300 dollars but solved all of our problems efficiently, without unneccesary services and with utmost professionalism, courtesy and true helpfulness! Camille, the company dispatcher, notified me of the technician's arrival time and cheerfully helped with logistics when we were out of pocket. HIGHLY recommend these hard working, honest and most helpful plumbers! They truly came to our rescue!

Zoom Drain Austin exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic service! We called to request assessment of several drains in our house and then cleaning for any blockages. Appointment setup was easy and they were very communicative about scheduling and arrival time. The technician was very kind and professional. His assessment was thorough and we ended up needing cleaning in three of the four drains we had assessed. He had all the equipment he needed and took pictures and videos from before and after so we could see how much more quickly the water drained. Quite a difference, we had no idea they were so bad. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone on need of service!

I got a last minute appointment with Cody from Supreme, and this was after the hard freeze on Christmas Eve 2022...I thought I would have to wait a week, but the leak I had, they took care of it that morning for a fair price. These are my go-to team from now on.

Starr Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job replacing my sewer line! Speaking to and working with Starr was very educational. Starr went far and beyond when provided details and explanations. In return I feel it is only fair to provide the same thorough approach to this review. The Estimate – Extremely detailed and clear. The Contract – Again, very detailed and clear. Office Staff – Answered the phone on 2nd/3rd ring and either answered my question(s) or provided an answer by the end of the day. Reliability – Never made excuses (other than the day it rained), started on time, completed the job a day earlier than expected. They provided me with thorough documentation: Engineer Report, pictures, measurements, proof of permit application, proof of permit being closed, copy of my warranty. Organizing Jobsite – At the end of each day, the jobsite was clean and organized, the dirt removed from the trench had tarps under and over each pile. No food wrappings, cans, bottles left in the yard. Overall Experience – great communication, hardworking crew, friendly office staff.

The first 5 years I lived in my house I had my downstairs toilet come loose every few months. Every time a tech would come to reinstall the wax ring and it would get loose again. This last time I called Ray at Davis Plumbing Services and he showed up within the hour. As luck would have it he was finishing up a service in the area when I called. He told me the reason my toilet would not stay put is my mounting ring was damaged. He fixed that and set the toilet. The price was reasonable. I have not had an issue in over a year. I will not call anyone else in the future.

These guys are top notch! My water heater broke on a Sunday. I called them Monday morning and Corey and Nigeal arrived within a couple hours. By that afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed at a reasonable price. A few days later I had an unrelated issue they came back to investigate. They fixed it in five minutes and didn't charge me for the visit. This is unheard of!! If you want a fair and thorough plumbing service, call the Plumbinator. They were recommended by a friend and I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
