Their pipes leaked. Equipment they installed did not work. They were very slow to come and fix their own mistakes.

After last weeks freeze Cold on the Right came out to repair/replace my PRV and fix the pipe at my connection point. It is not too often that i take time to write a review. Antonio and Calen came to our rescue this past weekend over Christmas as our furnace went out. Consistent follow up, working through holiday hours with the parts house, they were able to get our heat back on and family warm. A big shout out to these two guys on their professionalism and dedication!

I would like to complement the staff at G&M Plumbing for their exceptional service in coming out and providing hydrostatic testing of our plumbing lines. They were extremely professional, even fixed a couple of other issue that they noticed, and offered advice on a future project and what to look out for. Will absolutely reach out them in the next event that a plumbing service is needed.

Most of my experiences with LT Plumbing have been good, however, I couldn't even get a response when I disputed the amount of time and cost on a job they bid, despite several voicemails and emails sent. They also charged T&M resulting in a higher cost to me. Now I'm left with a bathtub to be installed, and nobody to finish it.
