Slab leak during the snow apocalypse. They were able to schedule me quickly. The phone customer service was amazing. They were able to give me a detailed explanation of the process of finding and repairing a slab leak, an accurate estimate of the cost, and a time table for repair. The technician (Eli I think) was professional and did a great job of repairing the leak while minimizing the damage to the house. Jose and Joseph came out a month later to remove my water heater during the reconstruction process. They were friendly, professional and gave excellent advice on the pros and cons of keeping my current water heater vs replacing it. I highly recommend this company. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Great service, honest, they are not part of some big organization and don't get kickbacks from particular brands so they do t try and push product on you, they do what you ask and let you know if there are any other problems. They always clear additional work with you BEFORE continuing.

Needed help with my water heater. Called a few companies and took my chance with Stan's looking some of their reviews. They clearly told about $89 fee for coming and checking + labor and parts as needed before scheduling my appointment. I agreed & Appnt was scheduled late that evening. Although some other companies I called had lower fees/higher fees and couple with no fees I decided to go with Stans due to their ratings. That evening the technician came and disclosed another $159 fee before doing anything. They didn't say about it when scheduling an appointment. He said if agree he'll move forward otherwise I'll owe the 89 anyways. At this point late cold evening I had no choice other than to proceed with their service. Paid over 250 just for him to look at it. Could've got a new one with couple hundred bucks had I knew about these hideous fees. They took advantage of my situation as I needed hot water for family and kids. Learnt a lesson.

Previously had David hook up our gas dryer when we moved into our new construction home, and that was a great experience.Fast forward 1.5 years and it's like he doesn't care one bit about reputation, customer service, or his word.In short, our home was pre plumbed for a water softener. I reached out to him prior to ordering a softener and whole home filter to discuss scheduling, rates etc. We settled on a Saturday. That Saturday was approaching and he asked to reschedule to the following week. Fine I thought, no big deal. The following Saturday he calls me to say he doesnt have the tools to do the job and the only store that carries them is not open on a Saturday. Chalk that up to piss poor planning on his part. I let him know my frustration with yet another week delay. Then comes today. I reach out via phone call, text, and ask to clarify if he is showing up today. I get a simple K when I directed him to call me Friday afternoon.Today is the Saturday he was finally supposed to do the work. No call, no text, no email. Nothing.If you want to have your time wasted by half assed excuses and what must be a business overflowing with requests, then David is your guy.If you want a working professional, go elsewhere.

Clogged toilet. Plumber Anderson Mill came out and unclogged it. End of story.

If you are fortunate enough to get Bunny W. as your technician, you are in for a great treat. Bunny is an AC EXPERT with many years of service. He should be called an AC ENGINEER. Not only is he great at his job, but he is also very entertaining to be around. If he comes to your house, stay by him and your day will be better for knowing him. He is also a great asset to the company, loyal to ARS and loyal to his fellow employees. You won't hear anything negative from Bunny, but you will laugh a lot if you take some time to spend with him. I highly recommend Bunny and because of technicians like him and Peter W., I highly recommend ARS. Additionally, ARS stands behind its work and its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very happy with the service I've received. I have used Neighborhood Plumbing several times and have been pleased. This time they fixed my leaking shower. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to use them and I recommend them too.

Nick and Dominic showed up on time and were extremely friendly and helpful. I previously had a faucet installed improperly by another plumber. They explained everything thoroughly and fixed it quickly.
