Best Plumbing Leaks in Austin TX

Don't use them!!! This why I don't post reviews too soon. It was the worst customer experience of my entire life. Management (Grant the office manager) is absolutely horrid and not professional at all! We hired licensed bonded Rooter-Man Plumbing, instead of hiring any Joe Smoe of street and they made so many mistakes!! Here's the long story of how this nightmare occurred. We had my elderly mothers home repiped with pex, no copper lines are left on the property. During this time the plumbers left several leaks (hose bib leaking, running toilet, leaks that were underneath).After fixing these leaks another Issue occurred after my elderly mom received a Very High bill from the City of Austin $220 more than previous months! Grant ( the supervisor & manager ) was (No Help) with any problems experienced after Rooter-Man repiped the house. He wanted to check for leaks so he arrived at the house unannounced 2 hours before our scheduled time (no face mask). If I hadn't called the city of Austin right then and there he was ready to leave after 5 mins, even though I had to leave work early to meet him.Rooter-Man Plumbing including (Grant) will take no responsibility! Even though the leaks occurred only during the month we had repiped the entire house. I emailed him 2 previous months bills showing normal usage and included all of the correspondence from 2nd level City of Austin investigation showing that there was no leaks on their end or the property side of the meter. (Leaks occurred from their work). Sadly they are taking advantage of an elderly woman who's on a fixed income.

My clients are in the process of purchasing an older home in Austin and we called Clarke Kent to have them look at a few issues. Juan Martinez was the plumber/technician dispatched for the job. Juan was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. Please request him for your plumbing needs. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Zak and Jesse were really helpful in rectifying a lot of issues caused by our remodelers. They were very responsive and helpful, and we’d definitely use them again.

Had toilet tank repaired. Technician was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem and replaced the needed tank part very fast.

Prompt and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood everything, especially since I'm in a new house and know nothing about plumbing. What I paid seemed very reasonable to me, but even if it was high I'm happy to pay more for his great service.I don't look forward to having future plumbing issues, but I'm glad to know who to call!

Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service and execution.Had a complete blockage in a bathroom sink.I had done all I could to clear it out, but no success.Westmoreland showed up timely and were done and out in 30 min, all cleaned up and good to go. Just the way you want it.

Jason came late in the evening, scoped out pipes and we discussed options very openly. We decided upon a reroute after getting a quote. He was very courteous throughout the visit.

We had some serious plumbing issues in an old 60's era house and had it fixed by these folks in no time! Showed up same day we called and was fixed promptly. Jim was professional, informative, and transparent when explaining the problems and their respective solutions. Could not recommend this business enough!!

O&M Plumbing was fantastic. They did some work at my office. I called another place who came out and quoted me an insane amount. Ben showed up and did some investigation and within a few minutes had figured out that the repair the other company wanted to do was unnecessary. His price was fair and he was incredibly courteous.
