Jason handled my repair to my complete satisfaction and I would definitely rehire.

Came out same day as I called them. Other plumbers were telling me a week out. Had to replace the water heater. They were able to replace the water heater and install all in the same day. John was here until 8pm doing the install. It was pricey but the convenience and ability to get it done on a holiday was worth it to me. Also he talked me through how to maintain the system in the future. They seemed straight up. I will use them going forward.

Carlos did an amazing job on multiple plumbing projects at my home! He was very respectful of my financial limits and did not try to sell me on things I couldn’t afford. He was always on time and communicative about the work that he was doing.

Everyone at Mr Rooter was so helpful. Our situation was extremely complicated and they were able to help us get hot water again!

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

PLEASE CALL ME. Guys worked on water/drain lines/valves behind my washer earlier today. They said they tested it but now water is pouring out. I've left 3 voicemails on your office phone. Guys did not call or text prior to their arrival so I can't contact them. I also sent email.

Billed $400 for them to fix the issue with my hot water heater. Thermostat was replaced. Water still isn't hot. Guys that came were super nice during their visit but Guy at the other end of the phone line seemed really inconvenienced by our asking why it wasn't working. is that even legal?

Cold Is On The Right Plumbing came to our rescue after the snowpocalypse left us without a working water heater. We called many plumbing companies, but had to wait it out because plumbers were focused on assisting those without water. After a few weeks, a friend suggested this company and so glad to find out about them. I called and spoke with Kari. She was so reassuring and was able to work us in. The plumber was prompt and courteous. We ended up getting a new tankless and the entire process was so smooth from start to finish. The new hot water heater is working great. I highly recommend this company!

Alex and his colleague did a great job with my recent plumbing work. They were both professional and worked efficiently to get the job done right. And after a long day of work, they even took a look at my shower to increase our water pressure. Not only did they do that, they found a loose connection that was likely leaking behind the wall.
