Drain issue. Looked like a problem with the mainline. Robert came out and he suspected the same. He cleared the line and ran the camera, my request. Found nothing but cleared my clogged line. He was courteous and honest. I have used CKP on several occasions and have found them to be on time, clean and honest. I get a goid feed back on the problem and what is being done. I will continue to use CUP.

Kind staff and an honest plumber. Benjamin communicated with me regularly and was transparent, professional, patient and even willing to pick up the Home Depot order. I will use Benjamin for every plumbing issue in the future. I’m so relieved to have found a trustworthy plumber who is also a super nice guy.

The man was absolutely no help. He did absolutely nothing, and just told us to order a new remote. He said he’s never seen a mini split like the one we have. He was here for a total of 5 minutes.

Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. Cap City is my go-to from now on for all plumbing issues

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Joe came out and was fantastic. Found the source of the leak right away, recommended some options, got to work and fixed it. He also looked at my water heater and overall water pressure and made recommendations for updating some of the plumbing. Overall 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone.

HVAC tech Ryan Hill came out to maintenance my HVAC. The service from Crystal in the office scheduling and Ryan coming out was excellent!!! Definitely will recommend this company and they’ve earned me as a future customer.

I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Jacob came out and was very knowledgeable on what it would cost to have our toilet flange (bracket cemented to metal pipe was cracked in half) and water shut off valve was deteriorated and I couldn’t close off water to that toilet, he quoted us a price, we okayed it to go and then after finishing he came out under and saved us a few bucks. Great company to use for any plumbing needs and will definitely call again for any future projects. Awesome people to work with!
