Very professional and patiently answered all questions. To be brought up to code I had to have sheet rock installed and a vent added. They couldn't do that but they contacted a company that could. Highly recommend them.

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

We had a situation where the water heater was leaking. It was after hours and several other plumbers, including the 24hour plumbers we contacted had no technician available or did not answer the phone. We needed to stop the leak quickly and figure out what was wrong with the water heater. We called Fast Plumbing and talked to Lee. Even though it was after hours, he walked us through turning off the water heater. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and his expertise was very evident. We were so grateful that he is the kind of person who likes to help. Not sure what we would've done without him that night. I highly recommend Fast Plumbing for caring, professional work.

I would recommend Plumb Masters for any plumbing problems in your home. Their technicians, Sam & Kalllum were very polite, informative and assessed the problem. Then they came back the following day and worked very hard to get it resolved.

In this polar apocalypse, I had a pipe break at 9:00 pm. They were at a neighbors’ house working on a leak they had and was able to get them to come to my house when they were done. They were super nice, responsive and professional. So helpful and a life saver. I can’t recommend them enough! ?

Danny and his team at Indigo did a great job and were very professional. My job consisted of changing out two toilets, a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet as well as the plumbing underneath each. All of the current items were extremely old and outdated and much of the pipes were locked with the knobs so it wasn’t easy. They came in and did a great job in a days time and everything works great! Very happy with the results and would recommend Indigo

These guys are expensive. They quoted me to find a leak and fix it. Ended up getting the work done by someone else by a 25% of the cost.

Adam and Peter responded in less than a day to a service request to check our Air Purification system. We were particularly impressed with their diligence in troubleshooting the issue (ie, Peter), their personal attention, respect for our home; as well as, their collaborative professional advice. I feel much more at ease knowing that Adam will be overseeing the ongoing project to replace our deteriorated duct work and update our air purification system. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this company. We had used them in the past and had a great experience with our first technician. We recently needed to have a shower head replaced. We called this company based on our past experience with them. After coming out, our shower head stopped working entirely! I had to call them repeatedly to try and get them to come out and fix the issue that they had worsened but they wouldn't! Now Im back looking for yet another plumber...so hard to find people that do good work in this industry.
