Most recent service: restore hot water. Kevin diagnosed and started fixing the probably within 10 minutes, despite the confusion with the office staff about what needed to be done. Glad I pushed through and scheduled the appointment. Kevin was professional, thorough. He determined that no new appliances were needed, and no timely service was required. And he quickly resolved issues about cost of service. S&D is at the top of my list when it comes to professional plumbing services and Kevin is my plumber.

I can not say enough good things about Dayton Services. I got home Friday after work and my home felt like a sauna! I couldn’t believe my mother who was watching my daughter hadn’t called me to complain about how hot my home was. The thermostat was set to 83 but it would not cool at all. The indoor temperature was ready 92; yikes! My indoor unit was running but not the outside one. I called Dayton Services at 5:30 and they had Paul at my home by 6:30. I explained the situation and walked him to the unit. He started running tests and looking at components. It’s a 13 year old unit original to the home we bought last June. He starts to show me all the burnt up and melted components. Yikes!!! He tried putting new parts on but my compressor was shot! I began to panic! It’s a holiday weekend and I have a child and pets in the home. He recommend some units to me for replacement. He was very helpful and gave the information I needed to make a decision. Dayton Services installed my unit next day (today)!!! Jared was fantastic! He quickly had the old unit out and the new unit in its place and Al had it hooked up and cooling in no time at all! They were all so professional, kind, and nicely dressed. They even wore shoe cover booties in my home! I definitely recommend Dayton Services for any HVAC work!

This was just a $25 cartridge replacement in the master bathroom and they charged me around $483 for the same. Then they said a membership will lower the charge. I did not know the real charges around when I went with them and they just looted me. I wouldn’t recommend them at all and a reasonable price for the same is around $200 including labor as understood from a different regular licensed plumber. They rip you and the invoice I have attached says major faucet repair which is a belony. It took hardly 15 min and I would not have complained if it was a tough job which involved lot of parts. But this was really simple and cheap parts and they charge you almost thrice . Stay away..I cannot reply to the owner as google doesnt let me do it.. But I dont want any money back as if you see there are lot of 1 star reviews and all of them are for over charges. Many people wont say lies on purpose. Any one can read this and understand that it has been over charged. I am voicing this here so other people can decide. Again i am at fault as well as i did not pay attention to the invoice and i agreed for the job as in my mind this was a $200 job at max. So i admit this was my fault... to give a go ahead.. But then when i saw the amount the only way to reduce it little bit was to take the membership.. Well either way i was at loss.. Regardless what happened to me has happened. This is just for others..
