Our tech was very helpful about everything. He thought something needed replacing that was an additional $600 to my estimate. I signed off on it. As he worked he found out it didn’t need replacement and was honest about not actually needing to replace it. Saving us $600. This honesty has now gained a repeat client and will be getting recommendations from me to everyone I know.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

Al Mac Plumbing installed a sump pump in my crawl space. Work was performed in a neat and timely manner. Pump performs flawlessly and I would certainly call on him again. Very professional with a great attitude.

I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

I received an email this morning generated by our HVAC system alerting me of a problem (Shutdown Error Code 196). I called Fox Service and within 3 hours Service Tech Robert came to check it out.Robert was very professional, thorough and communicative. As it turned out it was a clogged condensate line that had stopped up after the weather had cooled off and the A/C stopped running. It was a small problem we caught early before it became a big problem. And, since we have a service contract with Fox, there was no charge. Thank you Robert!

Ryan came out on a weekend and was amazing. He diagnosed a leak which was fair complicated and required him cutting a patch out of a ceiling. He was enthusiastic about helping several different ways to diagnose a non obvious leak. After ruling out a few obvious sources, Ryan was able to correctly discover and diagnose a leak other technicians entirely missed. He went above and beyond to finally give us a better idea of what was wrong. He was extremely professional, personable and easy to work with. Could not recommend Ryan more!!!

Fanastic service!Our new AC system was giving out some kind of funky smell and another AC contractor messed it up by suggesting us to pour some bleach and water in upend PVC which is for HVAC drain. And it has nothing with the funky smell. Oh boy. Few months later, we called another AC service, Go Green— their customer service is quick and straightforward.The technician, KC Knopp, arrived one/two days later as expected.He’s very friendly and being transparent with my questions. After opening up HVAC, we were able to point the source which is the evaporator coil. So he was being honest by offering two solutions; spray or remove it and give it a deep clean. The difference is like $600! So we took cheaper solution. He agreed and went ahead.After a couple of hours, no more funky smell!Will recommend this service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

When the Air conditioner was blowing my bathroom sink had air coming out; I called turbo and they sent Damian, eh is a great tech, very professional. He checked on my unit and fixed, he also found some other things that were not working properly and helped me out.

Efficient Heating and Air has always been efficient. Arthur was courteous and polite. He gave a good description of the items he checked and was quick to answer my questions. Great service, nice technician. We will call again before summer hits. If we can get to a point to stop using our AC, with weather up and down, we’ve been using AC a few days, then heater a few days.
