I requested camera service to see if we had plumbing issues because of repeated toilet backing up into the shower. Even though we did not find an exact problem, he did a thorough job to see where we did not have a problem. He found some bellies in the plumbing from the house to the street which we chose not to fix. All in all, I was pleased with the service.

I contacted this company yesterday via text. Alex took my contact information and address and stated someone from the service department would contact me. It's now 3:19 PM the next day and I have yet to hear back from anyone. ARS Roto Rooter was contacted at noon and has already sent out a plumber and fixed my issue.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

It's difficult to express the thanks and appreciation I have for this company and the owner, Coy Dayton. They were a God-send on a scorching hot Sunday in August 2018 when they were the only company (out of 4 that I called) that returned my call before 8am on Monday, when I had left a message that my a/c had stopped working. I also mentioned that I was concerned for my 82 year old mom who has difficulty dealing with the heat. Words are not enough to express my thanks to Mr. Dayton, Tony, Brad, and Brian (+2) that came to my rescue on Monday, Aug. 27, 2018. My new unit was also installed the SAME day! God works in mysterious ways and Mr. Dayton and his employess are angels in disguise.

nice guys. bad at communication.I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business.I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged.1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. They should have NOT showed up without confirmation.2nd issue: the field tech didn't know what he was supposed to do when he showed up.3rd issue: he completed 1 clog, charged my wife $300 and left4th issue: I called next day to say hey, you didnt do the other 2 sinks I asked for when I called the office. They sent another tech and wanted to charge another $600 to do the remaining two sinks.I asked the tech what would you charge to do all 3 of these in one trip?his response: about $400 I said great, I will pay the difference. He said Nope, boss wont go for that .Thats bad business and even worse communication.I sent them on their way and suggested a software platform to manage their service business.

Drivers should be better trained. Was driving home today and one of your drivers in the larger van you have pulled right in front of me in on coming traffic. My light was green, he was doing a right turn (which should have been treated as a yield, NOT right of way) out of the QT off Dell way/Mays street and barely paused and looked at me. Although he saw me coming, he continued to pull right in front of me. Could’ve caused us to collide and my children were in the car. There was another smaller van following him that I’m sure can collaborate the story.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I have used Jason with Delta plumbing several times for a variety of plumbing needs. Jason is always courteous and a pleasure to work with. We had been calling around to get an outdoor faucet replaced. Many companies didn't call back and when they did we were quoted high prices. Today Allan with Neighborhood Plumbing came on time and replaced the faucet for considerably less than we had been quoted by another company. He was very professional, and even though he was working outside in the cold and rain he was upbeat and positive. Allan was professional and efficient. We are very happy with this company and will definitely patronize them in the future. We will ask for Allan! And we were impressed with Pam who works in the office as well.

My appointment was scheduled for the morning and I was told that I would get a call first thing to give me some sort of idea what time they would arrive. Not only did that not happen but I called myself later and they told me they would still get back to me when they would be coming. I called two more times in the afternoon and in the final call I was told that they wouldn’t be able to come until the next day. My entire day was wasted and they didn’t have the courtesy to tell me upfront. I responded by telling them to cancel my appointment and I would never use them again. You have too many choices to put up with that kind of unprofessional behavior. I find it interesting interesting that their company is called Reliant as it is anything but reliable.
