This company has been a joke. I called them yesterday for service on a broken water pipe and was told a plumber would come out between 5:15p.m and 9p.m.About 9ish I received a call to reschedule for the following day due too the technician running late. It's now 11:17p.m. the following day and still no plumber. I have called several times and all the person who answers says is that I am next to be called. This company deserves 0 stars.

After 3 days without water, and 3 companies at our house, we found Fast Plumbing online. They arrived on time on Sat morning, used their excellent leak detection equipment, pinpointed the leak about 2 feet down under rocks and landscaping. It was in main waterline from street to house. Mycol and Sparky got to work digging directly over busted pipe and expertly repaired it. We had been told by other plumbers it would take heavy equipment/backhoes and probably tear up our landscaping to find and repair leak. Job was complete and landscaping rocks back in place in 3 hours. We highly recommend Fast Plumbing and will use them for ALL plumbing work at our house in the future.

This company is so easy to work with from scheduling to completion of labor. They are always prompt, super nice and really fair and up front about costs. As a new home owner, this company was the best recommendation I've gotten!

nice guys. bad at communication.I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business.I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged.1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. They should have NOT showed up without confirmation.2nd issue: the field tech didn't know what he was supposed to do when he showed up.3rd issue: he completed 1 clog, charged my wife $300 and left4th issue: I called next day to say hey, you didnt do the other 2 sinks I asked for when I called the office. They sent another tech and wanted to charge another $600 to do the remaining two sinks.I asked the tech what would you charge to do all 3 of these in one trip?his response: about $400 I said great, I will pay the difference. He said Nope, boss wont go for that .Thats bad business and even worse communication.I sent them on their way and suggested a software platform to manage their service business.

We broke a pipe while attempting to remove a hose from the outside spigot. We immediately had to turn off water to the house and it was 7:00 pm and we had 6 family members inside just after dinner and a long hot day! My husband looked for an emergency plumber on Yelp and within minutes, these guys called us. Within an hour, they were here repairing - had to go through a wall in our bedroom and repair the pipe and the spigot - and now it's 9:30 pm and they are done, gone and our water is turned back on. We are HAPPY customers!! Super friendly, responsive and professional. Apparently, they are a new company so not many reviews but we highly recommend them!

We had them replace all of our cast iron sewer lines from a Nader the slab to the street. A miserable thing to have to do but they made it as pleasant as possible. Good communication, accountability and all were very courteous. We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!
