We have been using Radiant for a couple of years now for our annual HVAC service. They never disappoint with the level of service! It is very reassuring to have a skilled, pleasant technician like Derek Sbiroli do the annual service for our HVAC system. He arrived a few minutes early and focused on ensuring the HVAC was safe, efficient and running well. Also, excellent customer service and follow up from the staff. Thanks Derek and Radiant staff!!

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

These guys are top notch. They Saved me at the buzzer when my mother in law was about 4 hours away from coming into town. They showed up on the fly and their work and customer service was perfect.

Although cutting a small hole was a bit over valued at $262, I personally value the shower drain plumbing work more. Love the fact that no matter the problem, they are always ready and willing to help. Their A/C guys are very helpful and nice. I was having some problems and they were willing to stay after hours to help me out. I will defiantly be using them in the future and will be referring them to all of my friends!

Updated as of 10/6/21. I used Austin Plumbery who got me out of a bind several months ago and had a great experience as listed below. I'm having some standing water outside of my house and the city water crew said I should contact a plumber. I had another company set-up for a few days from now, but decided to try Austin Plumbery in case they could come sooner. Joe and tech came out same day just a few hours later from when I called. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He even showed me what to look at on the meter. They ended up doing a Hydrostatic test and confirmed I have a leak in my plumbing :(. However, before moving forward he recommended I reach out to my homeowner's insurance to see what is covered in case it could help with costs. I truly appreciate the honesty I've received during both calls and not a push to get money and perform services that might not be needed or could be covered by other means. Thankful again and totally will call them for future needs!I tried to DIY our plumbing by replacing pipes (using solder) and installing a new valve. It didn't go well, so I needed to find a place quick so we could get our water back on. I called several places and most had a week out for availability. I called Austin Plumbery and left a message. They called back within an hour and had an appointment available next day first thing in the morning. I also liked that their service fee was less than most places and went toward repairs anyway instead of being in addition to. Travis showed up within the time frame specified (only two hour time frame instead of like 5 hours or all day as I've experienced in the past). I told him what we did and basically end goal was to get it repaired so we could turn the main water back on. He recommended most efficient and cost effective procedure and I agreed and he was done in a just a little over an hour and stayed at the costs quoted. I also thought it was very reasonable considering other services I've had to get in a bind like this. He was polite and followed COVID protocol as well. Thank you Austin Plumbery, I will definitely call if needed in the future!

We call Santana Plumbing Company to install a garbage disposal and they did a fantastic job with a reasonable price . We definitely recommend this company.

I had several burst pipes after the snow storm in February. Alex and Dessie were out to me and were able to sort me out in no time. It was also far more affordable than the jobs many of my neighbors had done for similar work. Definitely would recommend!

I called Fox this afternoon to report a leak I had just seen coming from the ceiling. I was pleased when they sent LaCounte Murray,a technician, within the hour cause every second counts when you have a leak. Mr. Murray immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part to repair it in his truck and water vaccumed the area. He was efficient and professional.
