Mr. Rooter replaced a large drainage pipe for me. This was a big, multi-day project. They charge a flat fee but still took the time to do the job right. Great workmanship and service!

This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

Wow. Omid Mandave just left and that guy wasn't playing around. Had a clog in my main drain. Other companies walked around and pointed at stuff, but Omid got right down to business. Excellent experience with Stan's service. They pro-actively informed me that they are delayed (emergency repairs all over Austin given the incredible heat wave) and gave me a new estimated time. They called again to inform me that they are on their way. The technician very quickly identified and fixed the problem. I'm very satisfied.

My pipe was completely damaged and I had to call a plumbing service to fix it, a friend recommended turbo plumbing and I was very satisfied with the service, great.

While housesitting my friends home on Lake Travis the outside faucet broke off and I could not shut the water off. I called neighborhood plumbing and they were so polite and helpful. The plumber called me back to explain how to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. Within a short time the plumber came, fixed the faucet and had the water back on. If you have a plumbing emergency I recommend calling them.

Quick to respond and quick to show up! Never had a plumber show at the beginning of an availability window before, that was nice. A little pricier than other service calls would be but overall good quality work done fast. Thanks to Zen and Rudy!

So disappointing! As a General Contractor, I had Fox look at a couple of items for me at one of our commercial clients.I gave explicit instructions to the techs & the person that dispatched the team that the invoices needed to come to me directly.Instead, Fox sent them directly to my client, cutting me out of the picture. Now more than a year later and 2 conversations with the company later, and they are still harassing me about the outstanding invoices.They prevented my company from earning a management fee on both of these jobs, and they are still harassing me 1 year later.

Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
