Best Hvac Maintenance in Austin TX

Our homeowner water shut-off valve from the city's manhole (water supply) to our house was rusted in place and not usable. Also, the water shut-off valve located in our garage did not fully shut off the water flow into the house. Radiant Plumbing's plumber, JESSE LOPEZ, did an excellent job upgrading our old and broken shut-off valves and associated piping, with new units that work perfect, and we are now able to completely shut off the water flow from the city's manhole to our house in two locations (at the street and in our garage). It is such a relief to know that if we should ever need to completely shut off the water supply to our house in a hurry, we now have two ways to do this. Many thanks to JESSE LOPEZ who we feel went above and beyond the original scope of work to ensure that all existing leaks were repaired. Not only was he very professional, he was extremely courteous and the service he performed for us was outstanding!

This review is based solely on the customer service experience. Unfortunately, due to poor customer service, we ended up going with another plumbing service.We identified a leak late Friday night. We called Daniel’s, since they market themselves as a 24-hour service company.We called, set up an appointment for the next day. Shortly afterwards we received a confirmation text with the wrong date and time. We called back to confirm the correct date and time, and then AGAIN received another ‘confirmation’ text with the incorrect date.Figured it must have just been a typo, so decided that we’d cross our fingers and hope for the best.Next day rolls around (the date of our scheduled appointment), and our appointment time was supposed to be from 8a -12p.I called at 10a to confirm (again). No word. No one answered, or called back.11:30a rolls around and we finally got a hold of an employee. The employee explains they’re booked for the whole day and they’d charge a $225 service fee (nonfundable and does not go towards the price of services).Needless to say, after waiting about 4 hours, we decided to go with a more reliable, punctual, and affordable service (that doesn’t charge $225 for just coming out).

Great service. Staff were quick to schedule my appointment and showed up on time. Service was exceptional and prices were good too. Impressed enough to buy they're service plan.

Our water heater went out on a Friday night, our home warranty said it'd be days before they could even look at it!! We called ABC, the diagnosed it on Saturday and replaced it for us a few days later. Professional all the way.

We had to organize this with PEC which made it a dual op. All went extremely well. All was cleaned up and tested. Professional job.

Dave Sabo came out and blew me away with his service. Another company was out three times and couldn’t find anything wrong even though my house was heating up to crazy temps every afternoon/evening. Gave me tips to try and keep it cool until the repair could be made that the other guy never did. Absolutely what customer service should be like!

Techs were OK with install but I was charged a deposit and then the full amount of the AC unit. i.e. close to $3,000 more than expected. I called to have refund on May 8, nothing has appeared in my account and manager has not called as requested. This is costing me money. Bad management.

Gavin arrived on time and was courteous and professional. he worked efficiently and gave me great amounts of detail, accompanied by many pictures of his work. He thoroughly cleaned the coils of the condenser as well. This was greatly appreciated! If I can sum up, Gavin’s work in one, word: outstanding!

I never used to look at the mechanical condition of my air conditioner but a friend recommended me to call turbo plumbing to do a maintenance, when they looked it and it was about to damage some pipes, thanks to this company for helping me and being aware of the whole process.

I got a service from Daniel B. and he is very responsible and is willing to help me solving some issues that I have on AC today. I recommend his service!

solid professional service and AC repair. Technician was up front about part costs when problem was diagnosed.

Great experience! Super knowledgeable and informative. Have a new build and my AC system hasn't been working effectively and efficiently, since we moved in, finally got tired of calling back the company who installed it without ever getting it fixed and reached out to SALT! SUPER glad I did!

After quite a bit of back and forth, their team eventually got me to the finish line. They replaced one of my units. But mostly, I appreciate Marco and Jose for coming back out after the fact to ensure the job was done properly at no charge after the installation and them standing by their work. This gave me a great impression of the overall experience even though it was stressful deciding what to do.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
