Replaced parts for my faucet in the tub efficiently and fast. Explained how he could check for additional leaks by looking at my digital meter. Without charge, repaired my pea trap underneath kitchen sink. (I had a competitor repair it twice and it leaked both times. These guys found the additional leak at the sink ( it needed a new gasket). Even looked at my hot water heater.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Shawn Curry was a superhero for us! He patiently and professionally resolved one issue after another with our HVAC system that had been installed very, very poorly by another company. Shawn stayed diligent and focused throughout this multi-day repair job. His attention to detail and his ability to explain the problems and what was needed to fix them was greatly appreciated. Excellent service. Everytime I call, they let me know when the technician is coming. Before he arrives he calls. They do an excellent job, clean up and the overall behavior is professional, respectful and fast, all the time.

I had a major leak in the water line from my well to my house. I called Proven because of the great reviews I saw on Nextdoor. The person I spoke with on the phone was great and found an opening for me that day. His telephone estimate was accurate, even though that was the least of my concerns. Carlyle and his partner were my plumbers. Carlyle was very friendly and professional. The job was done quickly, and they cleaned up great. Made sure I was happy with what they had done and showed me the work before covering it. I would use them again.

Great service! I’ve known them for years, local and family owned years. The last time that I used them it was because my kitchen sink had a weird smell and like I enrolled in the maintenance plan they gave me priority. I was scheduled for the next available slot and they got to my house with a truck full of parts and equipment just to make sure that they finished the job the same day

Chris plumbed the waste water drainage for our entire house in four days! He also helped identify problem spots and worked with us to correct them. Do yourself a favor and call this company for your plumbing needs! A+

We utilized Diamond plumbing for having a gas outlet for our patio kitchen and took appointment for a schedule...the initial appointment took weeks and given the market understood that its like that with every vendor but had to call many times...was about to go with different vendor but thought it wouldnt be good if i had commited work ..professiknal ethics trigerred at this point so went with this busines..initial dicussion was to have gas outlet and hook up appliances based on their BTUS or whatever..dontvspeak that language...had appliances at that time so vendor checked and said would come back after everything is ready.Unfortunately was stuck with other projects that took long that were dependent to hook up the appliances and took almost 5 months ..i know it the same everywhere with all other teams masonry, pavers what not..everything took time...when it was ready called the company and they mentioned it was too long which i get it so said i would pay extra which they charged 250 more than 1200 that they charged...and had to call many times for this and they just ignore....So texted them and said had to go with other vendor because of the emergency that other crew was forcing on and hired different plumber for hook up...while we were testing there was gas coming out of fire place and within 5 mins there is gas all over the house and had to go out and cal 911 and when entered back when we were told it was safe..As per the new plumber they mentioned these guys messed up the value and it has fire place and back kitchen gas oultets open simulataneously....its kind of a hazard..who want fire place on when its 90 in austin....and for us to enjoy kitchen the fireplace has to be lit....bad set up....i asked the new plumbers to fix it and as always they said they have to re do again which i have to spend double the amount to fix.Called the vendor from differwnt numer and picks up the phone and says that i spent too much time waiting and accepts that its their fault but would never answer my texts or calls..Seriously unprofessional ethics and bad work. Dont recommend to any..

Mike left a mess. When politely asked to clean it up he got extremely defensive and irate. I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!
