My home warranty sent out three different plumbers who did not know how to work on a power vent water heater that also heats a hydronic heating system. Clark Kent does and does it very efficiently and cost effectively and gave me the materials I needed to resubmit to the warranty. Don't waste your time with two-star plumbers sent out through your home warranty. These guys are efficient and have excellent customer service and actually show up when they say they are going to.

Thank you. We came home to learn about a leak that had water flowing down the street in front of our house. We called the city of Austin who came out promptly to check it out. After learning that it was our responsibility to have the leak fixed, we called Stan's AC & Plumbing the following morning. Stan's had installed our AC system a year or so ago and we were happy with the service. We were equally happy with the work that Stan's and Colin in particular, provided today. We were told someone would come out between 11-3 and that we'd get a call 30 minutes before the technician would arrive. Within an hour of making my initial call, I received a call from Colin who arrived within 30 minutes. He was prompt and professional and explained everything before starting his work and explained what he did once work was completed. We are happy to have had this work done so quickly so we could resume using our water again.
