I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Yvonne and John were so professional and helpful during a backed up sewer crisis. Yvonne got us someone out and kept us informed about their arrival time. Very appreciated during a stressful tume. John was amazing! So very patient because it was a condo unit and he was dealing with us, the neighbors and the management that wouldn’t respond. He figured out the best course of action, got it fixed and set us up with restoration. He even tried to help us understand what happened. He definitely made the best of a horrible situation!

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

DO NOT use this company. They charge you $89 to show up which is understandable but attempted to charge $400-$500 for a 15 minute instillation.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . The technician diagnosed my AC problem -- a bad motor -- and replaced the motor swiftly and smoothly. He was professional, polite and friendly and made the whole operation as painless as possible.

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. His prices are fair, and his work quality is excellent. I highly recommend you check him out!!

With a new water heater, whole house filter, and softener; our water quality has never been better. And while Louis set expectations that their might be additional charges if they ran into problems there were none, between his experience, his willingness to understand my needs, and his thorough inspection during the consultation everything was planned out flawlessly.This is a pre service review, so take it with a grain of salt, I didn't see any detailed reviews of the pre sales/service process so I hope this helps someone.I have several non emergency plumbing projects I wanted to get taken care of all at once. I called half a dozen well reviewed plumbers in the area to get quotes. Louis over at Proven was the only one to respond and set up a sales call without trying to charge me for the visit.As for the visit, Louis showed up on time, spent 15-30 minutes discussing my needs and explaining what they could do for me, consulting me on the best way to implement what I wanted, and priming me to understand they don't deal in cheap equipment. All in a very honest and professional tone.After Louis left it was probably 30 minutes before I received my estimate. It was well written, identified areas where additional charges might arise, and came in about 20% less than I was expecting. Either he was very good at setting expectations or I was overestimating the cost of the improvements I wanted.I was so pleased by Louis's professional demeanor, his consultation, and the estimate that I signed a contract with him later that day.

We found a leak in our gas line that runs across front yard just days before the big freeze of 2023. Called many plumbers with no answers or long wait times.GreenStar was the only one that came to our rescue with responsive initial visit and quick followup to get the parts and make the repairs, as well as pushing the city (at a busy time for them) to get the emergency permitting and inspection done.Chris came out many times to meet with the city inspector and gas company person as well as making the repairs. Even painted the new pipes. We are so thankful to have hot water back!
