I had these guys install a new fancy touchless kitchen faucet in my home and they did a professional job and wore a mask the entire time they were in my home. I had an issue a few days later with my water heater and they were kind enough to help troubleshoot it over the phone. Based off my experience working with them, they have excellent customer service and are true professionals. I will be using them again in the future for other projects.

I was totally lost, I had no idea about where to start to buy a new HV/AC unit. I had to replace a very old one that was about to die so I did a search on Google, I looked for local, Austin based, environmentally friendly companies and I decided to contact Go Green. The person who answered the phone when I called the first time was super kind and professional. He told me that Brandon was one of their representatives and that he would meet with me at home; Brandon was very professional and kind, as well, and answered all of my questions. Brandon also talked about the more comprehensive dimension of AC: insulation, which my house needed really bad and I was totally clueless about. After patiently exploring different options and answering all of my questions, he helped me make the best decision and put together a package for me. The new AC unit has been running for a few days and I am in heaven. By the way: before I established contact with Go Green , I actually consulted with another big AC company here in Austin (no names) and it was like night and day, so I decided to hire Go Green. With no doubt, Go Green became the answer to my prayers and I am grateful.
