We've had Brian Cloepfil out twice to service and repair our AC/Heating system. Both times he has been wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Both times he has diagnosed and remediated issues we have with our aging AC system. We particularly appreciate his attention to detail and thoroughness. Thanks Brian!

I was impressed by both the speed and effectiveness of Mr. Rooter's plumber when they came to address the issues I was encountering in my kitchen. I've called a couple other plumbers in Austin before, and none of them left the same impression on me as Mr. Rooter.

We had a leak in the pipe outside that leads to the sidewalk. The technicians were able to come out to my house within a couple of hours. It was repaired quickly and the technicians, Olen and Travis, were great! They kept me informed throughout the repair, they were up front with the cost of the repair, and they were very friendly!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. It was easy to schedule, and was able to have someone out quickly. Mike Snow did a fantastic job. The job itself presented some problems that Mike handled professionally and with a good attitude (much better attitude than I would have had) Will definitely use ABC again.

We were very impressed. They answered the phone right away and arranged to send a tech out as soon as they could. David was our tech and he arrived early, and called before he was on his way. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes and was very professional, explaining everything he did and showing us what was wrong.

Chris was our technician and he was fantastic! Very thorough as far as sharing diagnostics and explanation of issues. Chris was personable and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with him as your preferred technician.

My nest thermostat had stopped working over a year ago. I had an HVAC company come out to figure out what was wrong. They spent over 12 hours trying to figure out the issue. They left me with cheap temporary thermostat, but did not fix the issue. Luckily they didn't charge me either. I was tired of being frustrated so using PreFix they set up an appointment with Stan's. I was happy they could come out quickly. Within 15 minutes (Chris Hull), the technician was able to diagnose the issue as a faulty base plate with the nest thermostat. I ordered a new thermostat and he came back to install it. Issue fixed and it didn't require a several hundred dollar part(new control board) like I was told may need to be ordered to fix the issue. I will definitely call these guys again.

Tim did a great job and was very efficient. He was personable and on time.

Will never use them again. After installing new unit, the rooms farther away from AC unit had a 10 to 15 degree difference in temperature. After multiple calls, repairing it fell on death ears. Repairmen came out, fixed nothing, promised call back from management. I got no call backs and nothing fixed.

This was the annual check up on all my plumbing and draining the hot water heater. Jared was wonderful. He’s a very polite young man. Willing and completely answered every question and performed my service in a very timely manner. I have used this company for years and have always been impressed with their employees and service. If you need a reliable company for your plumbing needs I personally recommend Ben Franklin plumbing. Blessings to all.

Our toilet tank cracked and water was everywhere. We needed help and a new toilet ASAP. Champion and Noah came quickly to the rescue. Noah called and came within the time set. He was nice and professional. He gave us options and answered all our questions. He had us all set with a new toilet quickly and also cleared our clogged bathroom sink! Ricky also came to help out. There was a very disturbing water leak in my bathroom so I called this company and they came right away and checked my faucets and told me they were worn out over the years so they replaced it with a new one. A job very well done, they had the necessary and good quality materials to fix my problem. 5 stars
