I called to get them to come out to talk with me and give me a quote on a water softener. They came out and went through all the options with me. They were able to get the equipment and do the installation same day. The guys were both nice and did a great job installing my water softener and filter. Didn’t take them very long to get it all done, but the set up looks great.

Great service! I've called on Custom Plumbing Services a couple of times and I'm really pleased. The last service call about a week ago, Charles and Matthew came out and did a great job. They arrived early, were very professional and knowledgeable in their troubleshooting, even cleaned up with a broom where they had to cut into some drywall. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. Excellent team came to my house and did a great job

We had an issue with water pressure from our kitchen faucet and called Mike P. at Community Plumbing. Mike was able to come by the same day and quickly assess the problem-- a broken cartridge. When he discovered that a new part was needed, and it was not readily available from the manufacturer, Mike called several other suppliers to try to track one down for us. The part was on back order for a couple of weeks, so we did end up having to replace the faucet, but once the part came in, Mike hand delivered it to our home and was willing to assist further.Community Plumbing is professional and affordable, and Mike P. went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend!

Recommended. They solved a problem I had with the condensing pressure system because it was poorly regulated. I called the company and they attended me super fast, also the customer service is very good and efficient and the diagnosis they give is very complete.
