They helped us adjust the water temperature in our shower/tub, unclogged pipes so the kitchen sink drains faster and diagnosed a hole in our pipes/found old piping that needs to be replaced.

Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid.Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. (By his standards, the job was simple).I'm happy to have this job done, but am happier that i now have a go-to guy for my 40+ year old house. Thanks, Eric

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

Set up an appointment online for an in person estimate over a week in advance and received a conformation email showing the appointment date and time. Called 4 days prior to appointment to make adjustments to request and was informed to just the the technician when they arrive on the appointment date. 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time range I called to get an eta and was informed they did not have a record of my scheduled appointment, big waste of time

I learned about Texas Grand Plumbing during the Austin freeze, in Feb 2020 since Raymond, helped out a few of my neighbors. From the moment I called him, he was very attentive and very professional with a quick response both via phone and text message. As I described my plumbing issue, he was very thorough on describing the issue , receptive to all my questions and very communicative on how to get it fixed rapidly. We were able to schedule him to come in pretty quickly, the job took about 1 hour. Service was amazing and I would definitely keep going to him for any plumbing needs

Danny, Jody & the entire Indigo Team helped us to remodel our rental house in downtown Buda. It was an extremely difficult job with an old foundation (on a very limited budget) but they stuck it out and were there everyday working hard. They fixed and leveled the floors, rebuilt the porches, rebuilt the roof line, switched out appliances and cleaned up when they were done. We are extremely thankful for them! Dependable. Honest. ARS did a water softener installation. ARS technician Tom was great. He explained everything before he started. Made sure I understood the process. He was professional and respectful. He even checked my water heater and suggested future maintenance ideas. The work was well done and he cleaned up after he was done.
