I am not ? percent satisfied the company is pricey, the service repair reps was able to repair the leaking pipe, but, was not able to prepared the cut flooring fix best to their knowledge but, still I still have to hire a carpenter to fix flooring correctly.....

I want to thank Benjamin BL Plumbing for their amazing customer service! I called them on a Wednesday, they arrived Friday provided a reasonable estimate and completed the work within an hour! The entire process from start to finish was phenomenal! They allowed me to pay via a link at my convenience and now my tub faucet is working like new! I will be a repeat customer. We provided ladder, cut out ceiling sheet rock, for Mathew to see bathtub piping in second floor. I assisted by turning on the upstairs shower for Mathew to determin where leakage came from. Very quickly Mathew knew the source of issue and provided a quote of $ 472.89 for repair he stated that repair would take several hours. Thinking of a big repair, we agreed and Mathew left . He did send us a picture of a Nissan car with part as repair support. Sheetrock people at our home remodeling for a last day, were eager to close the ceiling. After 1 1/2 hours Mathew still had not returned and I was not able to telephone him either. After calling the company Mathew returned. I didn't see any plumbing parts, after asking he showed me a small rubber ring and some putty. The bath tub overflow had a lose screw and was repaired together with a bathtub drain rubber ring which did not take more than 5 Minutes. Parts at Lowes 25$. We paid $ 472.89 and consider it as highway robbery.

These people were kind, quick to respond and to have someone out to my house. The plumber (I think his name was John) was very sweet and even let my son watch and ask a million questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend and use again.

I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced. I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions. So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care.

Plumb Masters was great! They were able to diagnose my issue in a timely manner and the cost for the diagnostic charge was fair. I appreciated that they were on time and gave a call about 30 minutes before they arrived.

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

On a Saturday, both our toilets had leaked from the base all over our bathrooms. First 2 places said they'd get someone out Monday afternoon. Called Johnny Rooter, they said they'd be there in an hour, and they were. Cameron was friendly, took care of the clog, and explained our options for preventing future problems. We decided to buy 2 new toilets and Jason installed both of them. Charged by the hour for the install and didn't even take 2 full hours. Super nice folks answering the phones, too. They were great and even though we had to pay an extra fee for them to come out on a Saturday, it was absolutely worth it.

From the initial call to Travis’ diagnosis and service this was by far the easiest experience I’ve had dealing with any type of maintenance! Super quick (legit under one hour from call to completion), friendly, and cost effective. Great local company!

Having an A/C stop working in the summer heat is rough. Tech showed up on time with call ahead. Found in minutes a minor wire damage as the culprit. Took the time to validate all other components functioning across the A/C system. Charged no more than the base visit fee. This is the type of honest and high quality repair that will keep me as a customer. Great job!

These guys are are awesome ?.They have installed a new water line from the outside water meter to my house as part of an upgrade.2 new bathrubs, faucets, and toilets from putting the pipe, to running the water lines for them, to putting the fixtures.They also have replaced my old tank waterheater with a gas tankless that is awesome!You can never run out of hot water with this thing.I've used others before but none of them have been as honest and upfront about costs than Legit Plumbing.The name says it all I highly recommend them.

We are so happy to have found such an incredible plumber in Austin- so much so that it's prompted me to write my first google review. I had an emergency plumbing incident that required me to shut off the water to my house and every plumber I called had no availability to come fix it that day. I saw folks from G&M outside of my neighbor's house and went up to them as a last resort. Gus (the owner) was a complete life saver and dropped everything to came to my house on the spot to fix the issue! Gus is amazing and I can't recommend him enough!

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.
