The office was also very easy to work with, finding a time that worked with my unpredictable schedule. Juan explained the problem and even taught me how to fix in in the future. Zac and Brent did an excellent job installing two new hot water heaters. Zac was very helpful explaining the new technology and cost associated with the job.I would certainly recommend Zac to anybody who needed an excellent plumber or A/C guy with a great attitude that seems to enjoy his line of work.We will certainly contact Radiant for any of our future needs.

They do good quality work and show up at appointments. They need to work on making their quotations and invoices more precise by using building terminology consistently. I wish they were less expensive, but this is Austin. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in Austin.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

They came 30 minutes late and then gave us 5 minutes to say yes or no to an absurdly high quote. Very disappointing!

I called Austin Plumbery and the NEXT morning someone was able to come and diagnose what was wrong with my clogged shower drain. Travis was who helped me and he was great. He explained what he was doing and even did multiple checks around my house to make sure I didn’t have any leaks. I really appreciated his attitude and willingness to explain things to me (I’m a newish homeowner and like to learn about my home’s systems and how they work). I’ll definitely use them again should I need plumbing help.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

I had a major leak which was discovered on a Sunday (of Course). Stan's was able to help me and gave me a window of 3-7pm that I could expect my Plumbing Expert. Not only did my expert (Ira Seacrest) contact me that he was on his way, he was able to arrive around 2! This leak was just the beginning of my stressful (still ongoing) issue. I ended up with 2 leaks in 2 different areas! On my second call for another visit to diagnosis the 2nd leak, I requested Ira Seacrest and he unfortunately was not available and another tech was assigned to my visit. Ira Seacrest found out that I had another leak and required this visit and amazingly was able to switch things around and come assist me again. Not only is Ira Seacrest excellent at his job, he is pleasant, sensitive to an emotional client (ME), able to explain the situation in terms I understood.Ira Seacrest made this stressful situation 100% easier for me.I recommend him to anyone in need of a Plumbing Expert!

I highly recommend Efficient! I bought an electric vehicle and needed an outlet installed to charge it at home. All of our electric panels were full so Efficient had to install a new electric panel.as well as the outlet. Efficient was fantastic to work with! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My parents' hot water heater, which is a hard to find, expensive, cabinet style type, was leaking really bad on Tuesday. After doing some research on the type of hot water heater needed, I found that Rheem made one. So I looked up their recommended pros. After looking through the list I chose Neighborhood Plumbing. Within about an hour of my call, Karl showed up. He took about two minutes to assess the situation and then proceeded to tear the insulation off a flex line to expose a hose leak. The total cost to fix the issue was a bit over $200. After fixing the issue and putting everything back together, we asked him to look at the slow water output in one of the bathrooms. We were told by a previous plumbing company that the lines were needing to be replaced, looking at a several thousand dollar fix. Karl took a quick look and stated that just the connections under the sink needed to be replaced. The next day he came out, along with Red, and pulled out the short galvanized pipes and 90 degree connections, which identified the source of the problem---totally clogged pipes and connections. Therefore, to not make this to long, Neighborhood Plumbing saved my parents a lot of money and solved all of their plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
