Sam repaired a broken flange on our toilet. He was very clear in communicating the plan of repair and extremely respectful of our home. We will definitely use Clark Kent again.

I think Blue Dragon is about a 4.6 or so, so I've rounded up to 5. I had a shower faucet that leaked into the shower. I had tried to get the handle off myself for the repair, but it wasn't budging, so I decided to call a professional. Truthfully i changed my mind three times before picking Blue Dragon. In addition to the shower issue, we had two outside faucets (aka hose bibs) that would drip a bit in colder weather.... i wanted to get those serviced, suspecting an old washer or crown packing,. Last on my list were the valves to my two toilets. I hate multi-turn valves when there's a bowl emergency (about to over flow), and the crowns also leak a few drops in certain positions. With that list I used the Blue Dragon web page contact form on a Wednesday night to place my request. The next day I got an email from the owner (Gilbert Jimenez) detailing his fees and proposing an afternoon visit. I took it, and one of his crew, Matt, was calling promptly at 12:30 to say he was on his way.My wife was on site when he visited. I had to walk him through the wish list a bit again by phone, and he recommended it would be cheaper to replace the outside faucets rather than repair them, I agreed. My wife says he moved quickly from task to task. He had a bit of trouble getting the shower handle off to, but quickly came to a solution and took care of it.All the work was done with two hours of billing (including their standard 1/2 hour for travel). When I got home there were a few detail points that I though needed further attention. I put another request in on the website and promptly got a followup call from Gilbert. He took my 'notes' with no push back and Matt was able to drop by again the next day to address the details.I am very pleased with Blue Dragon's service. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends. I am particularly pleased with their suggestions that were different from my request, but saved me money. They were able to use a couple parts I had in my 'plumbing' box. They were very conscientious about being on the clock and moved swiftly from task to task. And, when I had a couple concerns about the work, they came back promptly to do the fix on their nickel. One suggestion for them is to find a web based contact system that sends the client, by email, the message they leave in the contact form. There was one point in the project when my wife asked didn't you tell them XYZ, and I thought I had, but I couldn't confirm it. Until then, before you hit 'submit' on their web page contact form, you might want to copy and paste your message locally so you have a record.

Words don't convey how pleased I am with A & T Service Plumbing. EXEMPLARY!!!The professionalism and compassion began with Brandy on the phone, continued with Don, Geronimo, and finally with Eric who did repairs. The work done to fix my problems (yes plural) was done timely professionally and at an affordable price.I highly recommend this company, and always use them for any future plumbing needs.

tl;dr: great work, good prices, versatile - highly recommendedWe had a leak in our garage and water in our water heater pan. Unfortunately they were not related, it turns out we had a leak in our laundry pipes and our 18-year old water heater was giving up the ghost. We called our regular plumber but he was unavailable, so we called the references he gave us as well as some companies off Yelp like Thunderbird plumbing. Ted from Thunderbird seemed the most knowledgeable and trustworthy (according to Hope, who used to work with a lot of subs as an architect and a construction project manager), and surprisingly enough also had the cheapest estimate. (Some plumbers wouldn’t even do all the work we wanted, like installing a pressure relief valve).A few days later Ted came to do all the work, and it seems to be done really well. He even replaced our main water shutoff valve without charging us more than his original estimate. All in all, a great experience, well worth a 5-star rating.

There was a pipe leaking from the street to the house. They knew the problem but did not mention money until they were onsite. $99 to drive to the house. $400 to dig to find the leak. That's before repairs. Not a local business.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.We will definitely use them from here on out! These folks know their stuff.

Dylan Browning, the tech, was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and represented Stan's wonderfully.Coincidentally, our a/c broke just about a week later. Marshall came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Brian, in parts quickly ordered the parts. Robert, the second technician quickly installed the parts. We were without a/c for less than 24 hours!! Everybody with whom we interacted with at Stan's was professional, kind, and quick!

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. Thank you Arnold for valuing customers and your community.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and Pure Plumbing Service!

The tech came quickly and did a good job with inspecting and diagnosing the problem with my shower. He then gave me an estimate about three times what I thought was a fair price. To make it look acceptable by comparison he supplied two more estimates for a greater scope of work than I needed, also 3x inflated but for 2x the work, so $800 for work I had hoped to pay maybe $70 in labor and $60 in parts. I gladly ave him his $60 diagnostic fee and did the work myself. In short, good competent professionals, unscrupulous business model.

Robert stepped out of the van and had the cool back on in a flash! Wow, are we happy? Uuuh, yeah! Thanks so much for the quick and professional service!
