Vincent arrived out because our drain tile system in the basement was blocked. He explained what he was doing. Showed us the footage and let us make an informed decision. He was thorough and didn't leave until the project was done. He even came back the following morning to do one more clean out to ensure the chemicals used had done their job. It was expensive but way cheaper than a whole new install. I would recommend.

Eddie was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come out the same day I called. I learned more from him about A/C systems than I ever thought I would and his assessment of our current system was very much appreciated. Will definitely be working with Go Green in the future. Robert from Neighborhood arrived within an hour of my call and quickly advised that our kitchen faucet was leaking and needed replacement. He made sure the leaking stopped and advised us to find the replacement faucet we wanted and to call back for him to do the replacement.When we bought a new faucet we called in and he came out the next day to do the work. He was nice, helpful and professional in his work and I told him that he was now our favorite plumber!I highly recommend Neighborhood and Robert!

Best decision I ever made dealing with Andrew on our pipe repair job, they were honest, on time and professional.

Instead of profiting off of our situation, they told me there was a chance my waste line leak was on the city side and to try the city emergency plumbing number. Sure enough, it was on the city side and we got the cracked waste line by the sidewalk replaced at no cost by the city. We’d already had 2 different plumbers out to snake/scope that line and no one else mentioned it. Class act, will always use this company.

I’m addition to that, with impromptu request, he checked water softener system and provided detailed analysis. Unexpected bonus, he fixed electricity issue in my garage. He is very skilled professional, courteous and helpful nature. Definitely recommend.

I had a plumber from here come over to repair a small leak in my kitchen sink line. He came over, and said the rubber seal was broken, so he went to Home Depot to get a replacement. After fiddling with the sink, he said he couldn’t fix it & I need to have the fixture replaced. The leak had miraculously become significantly worse, and I would have to pay for him to return to fix the problem (but I’d get a $50 discount!). My opinion is the dude intentionally made it worse to secure a second work order, and I will never be using this establishment again.

This review is only referencing the terrible estimates and pricing that Plumb Doctors delivers, not the quality of the service itself.I initially called them to remount a toilet flange that had corroded away and was quoted around $250 to do so. A little expensive, but they were already here, so I went forward with it. However, each step of the process led to an increase in the estimate - chipping up the old flange was another couple hundred, concreting the new flange was an additional fee, and so on, until I had paid $1500!!!! And it's not like I had a choice, since they had demolished half of my bathroom and the job needed to be finished. Again, the plumbers themselves did a fine job, but it turned out to be incredibly expensive.Also, I requested a quote on replacing my propane water heater and they gave me an estimate for $4500, almost double what the next closest bid was. I am now paying $2500 for the same service from a different plumber, which is more in line with market averages.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

Mycol was very efficient, kind, & the work was clean. He was a tremendous help & very knowledgeable. He went above abs beyond to solve the problem. I will definitely use him again.

These guys are great! Had used them previously to install a new water heater. They know what they’re doing, they are prompt and courteous, they call in advance and arrive when they say they will and they go good work at a fair price!
