I've been working with Capital City Electric for the past couple of months. The power to my house was turned off about a month ago and it hasn't been turned back on. I have not had power in my house (my primary residence) for over a month. Our phone calls typically go to voicemail and texts are ignored. Inspections have failed multiple times.Update: I was without power for two months during the summer waiting on Capital City Electric's work to be completed.I am unfortunately still working with them on finishing my project 7 months later. They come and endlessly work on the same things with no progress, making more work for themselves and preventing my project from moving forward. I am disheartened by their work, lack of professionalism and poor communication.

I can't say enough about this company. Joshua showed up on time and ready to work with a masks on and I was so appreciated to see that because my family was home. He install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan within a couple hours. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and using them again for more projects.

I highly recommend Grounded ATX. I had two jobs performed by them. The first job was to move an electrical outlet from one location to another. The second job was to install a generator plug for my generator. Both jobs were performed in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable for a Master Electrician with many years of service in the field.

The owner Shane Flores and his crew did an amazing job with my whole home automation system. Their knowledge and experience is what sets these guys apart. I would Highly recommend them and will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future. Outstanding!

He is intelligent, gracious and polite, and most importantly, he is anxious to please... not to get compliments, but to ask questions to know that his customer is really pleased with his consultations and work results.His cost is generally about the same as another's, however, the results of the expenditure are always excellent or better. How do I know? Everything he has done for me, and I've been exposed to his work for more than five years, has been outstanding in every way. He leaves our place in better condition than it was when he arrived. Not just broom clean as is required by the construction trades customs, but spotless. He is not a perfectionist - best of all, he is practical. If I want to spend $500 on a fixture, he'll find something better for $175. And I've been delighted every time.You can count on Hector. The Guys in the fields are all good people and it is a good place to work , but when it comes to the HR department they are no help at all. I was getting deducted for insurance I never received, and when I tried to contact HR it took forever for a response . They use a 3rd party for customer service and they can only leave messages for you and hope they get back to you . HR is the only downside with this company.
