These guys are awesome! I've used them for previous plumbing issues and when my toilet became possessed and refused to fill the tank, S&D came to the rescue (REALLY fast, flexible scheduling) and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in such a short time, with no mess, no hassle. I recommend and will continue to use S&D for all my plumbing related stuff!

My girlfriend and I removed a plant from our yard that pulled up super easily, and had a mysterious build up of standing water under the roots. After unearthing the source (a leaking pipe!) Once uncovered and no longer held in place by the dirt around it, the leak got WAY worse and started filling the hole. We shut off our water and filled out the contact form for Clarke Kent plumbing online, they called us first thing in the morning, and even though they're still backed up from snowpocalypse, got someone out to our house about a day/24 hours after they contacted us. Our technician Mickey was fast, cordial, professional, and fixed the leak in *record* time. Our bill was about half what I was expecting/hoping it might be. Mickey also ran some tests on our water pressure and checked out everything to make sure we were well taken care of before he left.Absolute 10/10 service, professionalism, and quality of work as far as I can tell (I'm not a plumber, I just know that my water is back on and my yard is no longer a mud bath.) :) What I thought was going to be a thousand dollars and a miserable week was about a day and 300 bucks. Honest plumber. Don’t waste time with others. These guys are great. They communicated well and gave me the best price I could find. They care about doing quality work. Hard to find a master plumber that cares and shows up to do the actual work. Well worth it to wait for these guys if you can.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. nice guys. bad at communication.I literally talked with 4 people at their company about 3 clogged sinks. They need technology to manage their business.I called to ask for 3 drains to be unclogged.1st issue: they showed up without confirming my availability and I wasn't there to oversee their work. My wife was not aware of the scope of work and let them in. They should have NOT showed up without confirmation.2nd issue: the field tech didn't know what he was supposed to do when he showed up.3rd issue: he completed 1 clog, charged my wife $300 and left4th issue: I called next day to say hey, you didnt do the other 2 sinks I asked for when I called the office. They sent another tech and wanted to charge another $600 to do the remaining two sinks.I asked the tech what would you charge to do all 3 of these in one trip?his response: about $400 I said great, I will pay the difference. He said Nope, boss wont go for that .Thats bad business and even worse communication.I sent them on their way and suggested a software platform to manage their service business.

Worker was to find the clean out pipe and when he did he did not put an extension on it , since it was 6inches underground.
