BenjaminBL did a great job and helped me with a frustrating plumbing problem. The explained how my high pressure was the root cause behind my banging pipes and the installed a pressure regulator and solved the issue. I had had several plumbers out before and to say the least BenjaminBL is now my go to plumbing company.

Had a great experience with your company. First time I've used them but I can say the technicians were best. Very experienced. One had 20 years and the Master Plumber had 16. Knew their stuff. Jose and Jesus were the best... Worked until 7:45 in the dark to get my water heater installed. Cost for gas water is very experience when you have the old and bring the new to code... Good Job Roto.........Now time to give Jose and Jesus a raise..

On their fist visit the individual fixed what was needed, but recommended some work that had a steep price. A future call out to our house showed that this work wasn't needed at all. Admittedly I was a little turned off after the first visit.I have to say that since the first visit Plumb Masters has been great to deal with. Each time we've called, they've been able to come out to our house on the same day. This wasn't the case with other companies. On their most recent visit, Oliver and Kailum were very nice, informative, let me know of all costs in advance and gave me advice for future issues. I took a chance on Plumb Masters when I originally called them and I've been using them ever since. Tara, who took my call was very nice and easy to work with when scheduling a crew to come to our house. I even missed their call on their way out to our place, called them back and Tara contacted the crew directly for me to let them know I was home.I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance. I hope Oliver and Kailum stick with Plumb Masters because they couldn't have been easier to deal with and they're good representatives for the company to have out in Austin area homes.

Very awesome and professional company that doesn't charge an arm and leg for plumbing work. I had a leak in my front yard and knew the general area of where it was. Trent (field manager) and another plumber (forgot his name) came out and performed the leak detection and repair on the same day. Both of them were very friendly and informational.I had called out two other bigger companies prior to AAA Auger to get quotes, and after receiving AAA's quote, I knew the others were trying to rip me off.Will make sure to hire this company whenever needed in the future! (hopefully not any time soon).Highly recommend.

Jeremy at Foxx Service saved Thanksgiving weekend. On Thanksgiving Morning when I discovered I had no hot water I started looking for a plumber. I called 3 companies that all had recordings that they’d be closed til Monday! Called Foxx and the nicest guy called me back. His name was Jeremy. He said it would be terribly expensive to have him come out and he wouldn’t be able to get a part on Thanksgiving but I should try the reset button! Who knew? He patiently gave me instructions for accessing that hidden button and the minute I pushed it, my water heater started to make very promising noises! Within 2 hrs I had hot water and all my guests were able to shower and we were able to properly clean the kitchen from our Thanksgiving feast. And it was free! I know exactly who to call next time I have a plumbing problem. Foxx Service is my company now and Jeremy is the BEST! Thank you so much for rescuing me!UPDATEThe reset trick only lasted a few days. Jeremy came out and replaced the two heating elements in the water heater. However he discovered there was no power to the recirculating pump. He arranged for an electrician and the nicest guy, Sam Luna came out and checked every connection to the recirculating pump. It was very mysterious and actually this problem of no hot water upstairs had been occurring periodically ever since we moved in 4 years ago. There never seemed to be any rhyme or reason to it. Then Sam Luna discovered the switch that controlled the pump ( in my closet) was a 3Way! Then he went through the house and both attics as we tried to discover where the other switch was. AT LAST he found it on the bank of switches for the KITCHEN. We never knew what that switch was but it accidentally was switched many times. Hallelujah! Thank you SAM LUNA!!!! You are the best!

Best customer service!! After other company failed to show for a scheduled appointment, I called Cold is on the Right. Not only did they arrive exactly as scheduled, I had a sick child and completely forgot I had an appt! But no worries, they went on to the next job and then called to see if it was a good time to return! They were so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and quickly fixed my problem. They are the only company I will use in the future!!!

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with your service.

Reliant was very quick to send someone out to fix our leak. The technician, Jacob, was really professional and even checked on a few other issues for us while he was out here.

Mojica Plumbing arrived on time, assessed the problem with our main drain then went about repairing it . The plumber was very knowledgeable and went about his job very professionally. When he finished he cleaned up everything and you would never know he had been here. I highly recommend your company for your services.

Since there were so many positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. The Travis Co. number on website had been disconnected but I located another local number on Google. Last week, I asked for a quote to fix some toilets and a sink stopper and was told to text pictures. Never heard back and texted again 2 days later. Still no response. Almost a week later, I called again today and got voicemail. I am so disappointed. Why didn't you respond? At the very least someone could have texted to let me know they were working on my quote.

Top-notch service, our sewer line replacement was seamless. Plumb Doctors performed the work quickly and they cleaned the mess up properly, hauling off the excess rocks and roots from the dig. Andrew was very professional and polite. We will definitely use them again.

Chris is the man! He's come out to my rental on several occasions. He's extremely knowledgable, friendly, and gets the job done! Could not recommend this company and Chris more. Best plumber out there.

We have had fox services work on our commercial ice machine a few times over 3 years. It's 5 years old. The first time to maintenance it and replace a water pump the total fees were just under 1500. The last time it was 2700 they wanted. The machine costs 4k. We paid them 400 for the first initial maintenance visit. Bought the water pump on our own for under 200. Completed the repair and water system cleaning in 2 hours. Fox has decent service techs but their billing process is disturbing. I would recommend them to diagnose a problem but not have fox commercial repair it.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
