Curtis did a great job helping us determine if we had a leak in our home. The entire experience was very positive, from the reception we received from Christie when calling this morning for an appointment to the timely arrival and professional, thorough exam and explanation of results. The diagnostic fee was well worth it, and is applicable to future work if needed within the next month. Rooter-Man is now on my referral list!

First of all I dont know who gave him the liscense,or did he buy one from flea market,most horrible experience,incompetent people working,answering service are the rudest people working for this company,there charges are outrageous,and work ability they absolutely DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING they send incompetent people and do guess work and kill time and then charge for the time,DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE their liscense should be revoked they are bunch of LEGAL BANDITS.

Jay and Jack were so fast and and responsive. I can’t say enough of their service and how great they were. Listened to my problem and fixed quickly. Left me with piece of mind!

OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. In today environment the hardest thing to find is a honest, master mechanic, electrician or plumber at a reasonable cost. A&T Plumbing is it!!!

I scheduled a service call for a leak in my kitchen sink. The technician came by and he took 20 mins to tell me what the problem is .He wasn’t even sure where the issue is and quoted me 680$ for replacing kitchen strainer which is not even the root of the leak.I could get a new sink for that. The quote is ridiculous.

Most of the times you need a plumber you are probably having a bad day. I needed a plumber at 10pm and they sent out M. Martinez. He was prompt courteous and professional all the way. If I need a plumber in the future Roto Rooter is my company. Roto Rooter Austin. 6/6/12

ABC services my ecowater water softener. They’re professional and knowledgeable.

We called concerning a clogged drain. Technicians determined we did not need to snake the line, just low on water. They did repair a kitchen faucet. Explained the problem and promptly did the repair. Great service with a fair price.

A word of warning to my neighbors.My experience with Austin Plumbing has been terrible. First......they put in a natural gas heater in a house fitted for propane. I found out after that it was downright dangerous and a code violation. That was in August last year. Second.....this February I called them because hot water stopped again. No response. So I called Cold Is On The Right Plumbing who came over immediately and diagnosed the problem. But they kindly referred me back to the original company since the heater was still under warranty. But.....Austin Plumbing just asked me to contact the manufacturer myself. So I was forced to hire Cold Is On The Right to remedy the situation.....which they did.I am disappointed with Austin Plumbing, not so much for the initial mistake made but for not being upright and forthcoming about it. Without honesty and accountability nothing else matters.

Charles and Matthew were the plumbers who worked on our project to install several new water fountains for our Pre-K. Both were very professional and respectful to our staff. They made sure everything was done according to code and made sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Definitely will use Custom Plumbing again.

Happy with the installation of 2 Rheem waters heaters.Kari made it easy to schedule and follow up was great.Joey provided the estimate and all options for what we were looking for.Day of installation was great and the work area was all cleaned up when completed. Joey made sure we knew what to expect first week with the new water heaters. Would use this company again!

Tim was professional and courteous during a tumultuous and stressful event. He was calm and never displayed frustrations or annoyances with our many questions or assistance. The company charges higher rates than other plumbing companies, but they are the most reliable and prompt on arriving to service. They are likely the best in Austin.
