My toilet stopped working at midnight Friday night. I called Rooterman at eight in the morning and they told me that they could have someone come out between eight and ten. A little after ten, the technician, Curtis arrived. After looking at the toilet, he told me why it wouldn't work, and what it would cost to repair it. He finished the job quickly and now I have a functioning toilet again. Curtis was very professional and personable, and he did a good job. I also thought the price was very reasonable and Idefinitely will use Rooterman again if I have plumbing problems.

By the time I'd called in to reliant I'd tried everything. The water pressure was so low in my house and i was so frustrated. But Ray was calm and patient. He was personable and really efficient in getting my water back to normal. Thanks Ray! I really appreciate the help and commitment.

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

The guys who came were great they were quick to do the work and everything was working perfectly. The appointment was booked on line for 8am to 10am. It was confirmed on line. The men arrived at 530. That was disappointing and took many calls to get them here. The day after Christmas is always crazy

They arrived on time.They arrived wearing REAL MASKsThey did their assessment of the existing install and informed me clearly of new Code requirements (it's a fact of life!) and gave me both a quote and told me when the work could be done.Then they used the time while the old heater was draining to fetch the new replacement.After about 2 hours, it was DONE! I had hot water running in my pipes for the first time in nearly 5 weeks!They were helpful, very courteous, and friendly. We were set for a hydro static test and ended up with a blocked sewer line 2 days before the test. Ben and Greg came out and fixed the problem and repaired a leak and did the test all in the same day.

From the moment I called them to get an estimate to the moment they left after installation of my new HVAC unit. They were very professional and very accommodating. The dispatcher that scheduled my appt (Debi) was friendly and helped me get set up with an appt ASAP! She explained everything to me and what the Comfort Advisor would do. The Comfort Advisor (Chance) was very thorough in explaining the differences between a 2 ton and 2.5 ton units and helped me pick the right one for my size of house and budget. He got me set up with an amazing loan that is working out great for me, as well. The install technicians were fast and thorough, they also installed a Co2/smoke detector and thermostat for me, with my purchase. Then I needed a new breaker for my electric panel and the electrician (Richard) was also very knowledgeable, friendly and helped educate me even more on how the breakers work and why they needed to change it. He was one of the best service men I have had out to my house.I was very pleased from start to finish with the service and product installed at my house. I have not had a single issue since and I'm loving the quieter and more efficient unit they installed.Thank you, ARS Team.

The tech came quickly and did a good job with inspecting and diagnosing the problem with my shower. He then gave me an estimate about three times what I thought was a fair price. To make it look acceptable by comparison he supplied two more estimates for a greater scope of work than I needed, also 3x inflated but for 2x the work, so $800 for work I had hoped to pay maybe $70 in labor and $60 in parts. I gladly ave him his $60 diagnostic fee and did the work myself.In short, good competent professionals, unscrupulous business model.

Super impressed with these guys. A couple months back, we had them replace our dead water heater and they did a great job bringing the plumbing up to code and installing. They were upfront about what they were doing and why, and their prices were more than fair. They even let me stand around and pretend like I knew what they were talking about. 5/5
