We had Allen out again, he worked diligently to clean my wife's shower pipe and sink pipe, fixed the detached stopper, and cleaned our kitchen sink pipe in the add-on building.Obviously it was more expensive, but like the last service, this was well worth it on pipes that probably haven't been serviced since they were installed decades ago. There is a reason why Rooter-Man is highly rated, they DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Highly recommend, still 5 stars.July 2021Allen came out exactly on time. We have a 54-year-old house that has the original cast iron drain and the washroom. For years we've been unable to use the washroom due to the pipe not draining.Also our kitchen sink drained poorly because there was a vacuum created by the clogged pipe in the washroom. Allen used the camera and a snake and determined that there were two large clogs he got rid of those in about 45 minutes and also fixed an exterior faucet. Everything seems to work great now and we are extremely pleased with this company.The best part is it was only $147 to fix everything. We highly recommend using this company.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. Everything was great except I felt the price was a bit high. He gave us some good follow up advice though. The price was the only thing I was concerned with. They came on short notice which was important! Overall a good experience.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

I requested an appointment with them because my line burst between the meter and my house. They would charge more for a Sunday service (understandable) so I scheduled it for Monday. I decided to start digging to fix it myself and eventually called them when I reached the problem to cancel my appointment. Fred was totally cool with it and even gave me some pointers when I got to the problem. He wasn't going to make a dime out of me, but he was still so helpful. Next time I need a plumber on a task I can't handle, Benjamin Franklin's is definitely getting a call.

I saw the truck driver R-398 driving on 290 and they cut off multiple cars and were driving recklessly and almost hit a car. Maybe don’t have aggressive drivers on your staff? Be more careful. You almost cost a family their lives.

Rafael came today to service my water softener. He was very friendly and very interactive. Explained how to take care of my machine.

LENNY was our technician/plumber. Very efficient, polite and quick to tend to plumbing issues in home. He explained everything as he found issues and also explained how to do maintenance to keep lines clear. I give them a 10 out of 1-10! I will be calling to have them quote repairs on another home! Every plumbing emergency we've had has been handled by Custom Plumbing Services. All would have been impossible for us to fix on our own (pipe broken by tree root, sewage clog, broken toilet flange). Every plumber who has been to our house has been courteous, professional, and upfront about the cost, which was always reasonable for the quality and efficiency of the work. No shortcuts taken, just honest problem solvers. I always recommend them.

My NEST and HVAC system were not communicating. I have a small but nervous dog and I care for a baby. Peter and his colleague were super professional. They arrived promptly on time. They showed me where the problems were, and they were able to adjust and reconnect my system. In addition, they taught me a little about my patched up and aging HVAC. I appreciated hearing their advice. Plus, it did not hurt that they were patient with my two charges! I am very happy with their service.

This was the annual check up on all my plumbing and draining the hot water heater. Jared was wonderful. He’s a very polite young man. Willing and completely answered every question and performed my service in a very timely manner. I have used this company for years and have always been impressed with their employees and service. I don't think I've ever been so compelled to write a review. Proven plumbing is amazing. This is the second time I have used them. Our Plumber, Richard, is the NICEST, most customer service oriented and professional person I have been around in a long time. I can't express how nice this person is. Plus, I completely trust him. I would refer him to anyone. His helper, Stacey, was also really nice. We know that good customer service and amazing employees is a trickle down effect Thus, I must give Proven an all around shot out. Thank you for sending Richard, he's amazing!
