Drain clogged & both toilets backed up - of course this happened after 10:00 pm. We tried three other companies and none were available - one would take two days. Radiant was able to send a technician within the hour! Matt was great! He was very professional, personable and friendly. He cleared out the drain and we were good to go... literally.

Davis was amazing! I was in need of a new hot water heater and he took out the old one and put in the new in record time! ( I expected to have to wait and was pleasantly surprised!) And, he is a wonderful young man! Everyone who helped by phone was friendly. Reliant is my plumbing company from now on!

Quick to reply and send technician. Cost me $99 trip fee to get an extremely overpriced quote. I had an incoming water line leak in PVC joint that attaches to incoming copper line to supply house. I had already uncovered and located the leak. Should have taken less than 30 minutes for repair of a $3 PVC fitting...they wanted $675!

I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Coordinating with this place is a nightmare. The Austin team was recently acquired by Goettl and customers are suffering from it. Let me say, the AC tech was super great. Great service, and we hope to have him back. Not his fault, but the management, scheduling and communication with the Austin Goettl business team is horrible. I called this place multiple times to try to get details and information about our appointment. They are super backlogged in Austin and it will take 2+ weeks to get anyone to you, even if your AC isn’t working in 90+ degrees. Corporate support team is nice, but try to get ahold of the local team and you are out of luck. Our tech let us know that we could get a plumbing check if we joined their Sadie Guard Dog service. We are trying to schedule it, but online are told the service isn’t available. Now I’ve tried calling multiple times and can’t get ahold of anyone. I press the appropriate buttons for a call back and never get anything back. I don’t understand, do they want business or not? Goettl, please clean up this acquisition quick.

Technician Chris came in on Monday, November 29th to analyze my heating unit that was not working (furnace would come on but not heat engaged / distributed). He was here maybe 10 minutes. My office manager overheard him speaking on the phone to his boss (through the vent) and he had taken a photo of the unit and stated he didn't know what was wrong. He then proceeded to diagnose unit as having a cracked heating element and a new unit would need to be installed (total replacement). He stated three different brands they had an estimator would be in touch. This totaled over $120. I did not receive a copy of my bill (hard or soft copy) nor a photo of the unit in which he shows cracking. He further stated that the air conditioner would still function. Yesterday, December 1st, we attempted to turn ac unit on- it did not function. Phoned another company who visited our office today- ac and furnace now both function at a cost of $90. If I could give a negative review of your company and your technician, I gladly would. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I called Fox this afternoon to report a leak I had just seen coming from the ceiling. I was pleased when they sent LaCounte Murray,a technician, within the hour cause every second counts when you have a leak. Mr. Murray immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part to repair it in his truck and water vaccumed the area. He was efficient and professional.

I selected this company their exceptional guarantee and satisfaction or money back. I knew this was a big project and I wanted the best. The main reason I replaced the AC is because the pan and wood under it was rotted away and in bad shape. I was assured they would replace with new wood and remove the rotted junk. I was so shocked to see they left the rotted wood and just covered it up. Then they took it amongst themselves to cut a piece of frame wood without my authorization. This has caused a huge stress problem in my life, along with huge inconvenience and 3 work days lost. I need someone In corporate to reach out to me and come to a resolution. I have pictures to show and events timeline . I am beyond disappointed with ARS.
