Best Emergency Plumbing Repairs in Austin TX

I called on a Saturday morning with an urgent issue. The after-hours receptionist took down my information and I received a call from the plumber, Colin, within a few minutes. He then arrived within an hour and resolved the issue, clearly explained what else needed to be done, and was very friendly as well.

Had a leak water pipe near the boiler. Had called other businesses first but when I explain where the leak is they all said no bc without asking they assumed it was the boiler. Called Radiant they were very helpful they asked for more details and thru their proving questions they determined even though the pipe was by the boiler it was not a boiler line. So I was sold already since they actually wanted to help unlike the other businesses they just wanted me off the phone. Their tech came out the next day on time. He was professional well dressed and well spoken explained the issues and gave me an actual estimate I agree to have it fixed and my issue is solved. Next time I will call Radiant for repairs.I will not waste any time calling local or other businesses that only want easy money and not work. Based on my experience I highly recommend Radiant! I highly recommend Reliant Plumbing and Mack in particular. I really like the communication via text and email which let me know about the technician coming to my home, company safety protocol, etc. Mack is professional and friendly and does excellent work!

I'd consider it a severe mistake if you need a plumber and call anyone in Austin other than Mr. Rooter. The speed, quality, and prices for their work beat out everyone else in the plumbing scene. Seriously, if you need a plumber, call them first.

A co-worker recommended Thunderbird plumbing so I called them up. It's been my best experience during my remodeling project. Jeff came by to see the work area and give me an estimate and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He came in a few days later, right at the time we had scheduled, and made quick work of the shower valve. Plus, he charged about a third of the price another plumbing company had quoted me. I'd recommend Thunderbird to anyone.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

Had a great experience with Al. He did some natural gas plumbing for us. Was clear in how he estimated, worked efficiently, and delivered quality work.

Electrician Donny B. was fabulous. He came in and reviewed everything, gave us an estimate, and was able to start right away. He was very thorough and did a great job installing ceiling fans and light fixtures that needed to be done for years. He explained how to get the best lighting out of the fixtures. We are well pleased with his work.

Joshua was very nice and professional. He was very thorough in checking our AC and going over details with us.

Javier Salazar was very professional and did a very clean job installing a new hot water heater. I definitely recommend Stan’s. They were very responsive and quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem.

I dealt specifically with Waylon and he was rude and unprofessional. I'll eat the trip fee on this and call someone else versus letting him back in our house. I have used this company on one prior occasion and had no issue then. But Waylon has no business dealing with customers.Save your money and call someone else. There are plenty of other options.12/23 Follow up: Waylon sent a bid to replace the entire system for $6,000 before leaving the property that first day. Three days later, they cobbled together a $2200 repair quote and sent it. The day after Waylon's visit, a DIFFERENT COMPANY came out and handled the repair promptly and efficiently for $140.AGAIN I SAY, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I went into Lowes to price water heaters after my unit failed. Lowes referred me to their third party vendor ARS Rescue Rooter Austin. The company sent Collin Bagaline to my residence for an initial estimate.This representative lied in order to charge me an outrageous amount of money to replace the water heater. He told me that the unit would need multiple electrical and drain code changes to pass the city inspection. I talked to a city inspector, and he told me that these statements were untrue and that my current setup was within code and would pass a subsequent inspection.I read the contract and Lowes does not require payment upfront, but after the work has been satisfactorily completed. Collin Bagaline told me that Lowes requires payment up front. Bottom line, I would not recommend doing business with this representative or company. Lowes is ruining its reputation by referring people to this company.If you need your water heater replace, buy it yourself and have a local plumber install it. Or just hire a local plumber.
