Juan Martinez was great! He was on time and completed the job promptly. He explained clearly the findings of the inspection and gave us good advice for how to maintain old cast iron pipes.

They were able to fit me in on short notice for a clogged kitchen sink drain. My only complaint is that they were a bit pricier than some other quotes I got (and they didn’t quote up front), but I’m chalking that up to the cost of getting it done much more quickly.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Jon Day was the calmest, most proficient, skilled plumber I’ve met to date. I have an aqua-thermal system & he was able to articulate the issue in a way I was able to understand completely. He was called out for one problem but, with his calm demeanor he was able to tackle the major problem I was experiencing. My situation required authorization from American Home Shield & Jon was able to provide the complete diagnosis & exactly what parts were needed to resolve the issue to include replacing the entire water heater. As a female home owner it is often expected that we don’t know the issue however, Jon allowed me to explain in detail & advise how we could proceed. I’m grateful for his knowledge & through work ethnic. I highly recommend him for further plumbing issues. Thanks Jon!

I was expecting a tech to come out and troubleshoot my issue, instead I got a salesman trying to sell me a new over priced water heater. Nice sales people with good customer service skills for sure, (out 60 bucks just to talk). If your looking for a drain in your economy then this is the place for you. As for me I will be taking my business else where.

I had several items that were bid including a concrete back porch. They did fine with some of the small items. Failed miserably on the porch. It was a poor job with no final solution by them. Follow up and through lacked. I was unwilling to call them back because they did a terrible job. I anticipate trouble, demolition and replacement. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Maybe they do a good plumbing job, but I was never able to even offer them our money. This was a business-to-business deal, this company was recommended by a friend in business. First, they showed up for an estimate at 8.40am (instead of between 10am-12pm and will give you a call 30 mins in advance), and were very surprised no one was waiting for them there. Came back at the scheduled time (and yes, finally called in advance), looked at the place and said will send an estimate... Never received any estimate or call back.Maybe they are the best plumbers in town, but I was never able to hire them.

Excellent work and customer service. Honest company and has the customer's best interest. Definitely plan to use Mason and his company for any future plumbing issues.

Had a great experience with Plumb and Order. Wyatt came out quickly to check out my water heater (and helped me test the water pressure and locate and adjust the regulator while he was there as I mentioned in passing that I was having problems with that too). The water heater was dead (but fortunately covered by a home warranty that came with my recent home purchase), and Wyatt got a new one installed the next day (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving), staying pretty late into the evening to get it done before the holiday. And this was after being at jobs all day.

I would definitely use this service again, without hesitation. Friendly, helpful and to the point.

We have been utilizing SALT to replace our parking lot lights, capital projects, for all of my apartmentnow I can confidently depend on our assigned project manager to provide the answers needed. In the middle of our lease-ups, when you are already above your head- it is a true blessing to have SALT as a partner!! They eliminate the “hassle” that our Assistant Project Managers would handle; without having to reach out to 3+ various service vendors for light, hvac, and many other projects both small and large. Their quality, timeliness, and urgency on their project deliverables is the gift that keeps on giving!! Truly provides us and anyone else the work life balance we all are seeking in our role!

So, on a Friday just after 3:00 PM, almost 6 months into the COVID-19 pandemic, I noticed water accumulating on the floor of my garage near the water heater closet. I opened the door to it, and sure enough it appeared that my almost 30-year old water heater was finally kicking the bucket. I contacted several places to try to get someone out to my house to at least stop the leak that late on a Friday. Not only did Tim, son of The Plumbinator, come out to take a look but said he could get it replaced within a couple of hours because he did not want to leave me without hot water for the weekend. They used fans to dry out the closet while they went to get the replacement, cleaned everything out, replaced the fixings that needed to be updated and got the new hot water heater installed and working by 6:30 PM. Everything is now up to current code and they followed all the necessary social distancing guidelines and procedures. I would highly recommend reaching out to this local, family-run business if you have any plumbing needs.
