Buyer beware!!!This company (Berry) will send out an Apprentice plumber which is not a licensed plumber i.e. someone that has not taking a state test with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners that pose as an actual licensed plumber. They will charge their customer for a licensed plumber’s hourly rate even though they are not actually licensed plumbers! Please ask to see the person that comes to your home for their license. The person has to show you it if you ask for their state license. If it’s a red card do not let that person do anything in your home. Anyone can pay a yearly fee and get a red apprentice card from the state board even if they are not doing any plumbing at all. The license must be blue(Journeyman) or green (Tradesman) to actually do plumbing.

The slip screw thing joining two plastic pipes under the sink had unscrewed causing a water leak. I called Ciao Plumbing and spoke to Yuri. He asked me to send him a photo. We set up an appointment for 2:30pm that day. He arrived on time. Extremely professional, friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend CIAO plumbing to anyone.

When the plumber came out, we should him the issue and he asked clarifying questions and listened to our concerns. This company really does care about you and not just making money.

I appreciate the follow up and service, thus making me edit my review from one star to 4.**This is the 2nd time I have used Ben Franklin. The first time, they did a good job and I felt confident calling them for a clog. The 2nd was a negative experience. The company is paperless. The plumber scrolled through all the disclosures on an Ipad to the signature page, so I didn't get to read what I was signing. The cable he used got stuck in our pipes. When talking to my husband, the plumber falsely claimed I got to read and understand their contract, which is patently false. I understand neither side knew this was going to happen. I was quoted an additional $500 to remove the cable. The plumber was so incredibly rude to me in my own home. He was rigid, curt and just unpleasant to deal with. I spent close to $300 for things to be in worse condition. While I totally understand why a plumber cannot be liable for the condition of pipes, there was zero effort to explain options, problem solve or help. He only repeated We are not liable for pipes like a parrot. They even charge extra to pay with a credit card. When asked if he could give 5 minutes of his time to talk to us, he said No and left. His customer service, demeanor and curtness will ensure we never call this company again.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

Available several days before anyone else we called, and did a great job. Conscientious and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

I've used Nathan's twice for a stubborn bathroom sink. He's always available withing 24 hours of my call, personable, hard working and always takes the time to explain the work done and if possible how to avoid the problem in the future. I learned about Texas Grand Plumbing during the Austin freeze, in Feb 2020 since Raymond, helped out a few of my neighbors. From the moment I called him, he was very attentive and very professional with a quick response both via phone and text message. As I described my plumbing issue, he was very thorough on describing the issue , receptive to all my questions and very communicative on how to get it fixed rapidly. We were able to schedule him to come in pretty quickly, the job took about 1 hour. Service was amazing and I would definitely keep going to him for any plumbing needs
