Brett Bidwell at Mr. Rooter is the man! After the recent icepocalypse in Texas, we had a busted copper pipe in the attic. It was impossible to get a hold of any plumbers. I saw a Mr. Rooter truck across the street, and I went over to try to get on their list. Brett made time to assess our problem and fix it at the end of that same day, on his own time, after his shift was over. He got us patched up, and Mr. Rooter got us fixed up permanently three days later.

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.

The representative ( plumber) they sent was professional, personable , and efficient. I am well pleased.

Buyer beware!!!This company (Berry) will send out an Apprentice plumber which is not a licensed plumber i.e. someone that has not taking a state test with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners that pose as an actual licensed plumber. They will charge their customer for a licensed plumber’s hourly rate even though they are not actually licensed plumbers! Please ask to see the person that comes to your home for their license. The person has to show you it if you ask for their state license. If it’s a red card do not let that person do anything in your home. Anyone can pay a yearly fee and get a red apprentice card from the state board even if they are not doing any plumbing at all. The license must be blue(Journeyman) or green (Tradesman) to actually do plumbing.

On Wednesday February 20th I was having a lot of people over for a 30th birthday party and of course murphys law hit! As the party was getting started the plumbing started to act up. The main guest toilet began to back up. We tried to clear the toilet, but it was no use. Our first call was to Sullivan's, and boy are we glad we called them. They were out in a timely manner and they were efficient at getting the toilet back up and running. I would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue. Thank you so much.

After last weeks freeze Cold on the Right came out to repair/replace my PRV and fix the pipe at my connection point. It is not too often that i take time to write a review. When moving to our new, and recently renovated home, we discovered that the drains in both the master bathtub and shower were clogged and slow to drain water. A call first thing in the morning to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was quickly answered, and a technician was promised by early afternoon. When a technician became available earlier than that, we received a follow up call from the company, and the tech arrived shortly thereafter. The Tech was prompt, polite, and talked us through what he saw, and let us know exactly what their service would cost us before he began any work. Once approved, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the root cause of the problem (a contractor had used the drain to get rid of excess plaster!) was made known to us.All in all, we couldn't be happier with Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. Their service was fast and professional, and their pricing was more than fair for the service provided. If I could give them more than five stars, I certainly would!

I got a last minute appointment with Cody from Supreme, and this was after the hard freeze on Christmas Eve 2022...I thought I would have to wait a week, but the leak I had, they took care of it that morning for a fair price. These are my go-to team from now on.
