It's Sunday. It's 39 degrees outside and raining. Your drain is completely blocked somewhere in the five feet between the clean out hole and your septic system. You've tried, but can't reach the clog. It's also a holiday weekend and your house if full of family.You also tried another company the day before, but they completely let you down. They said they would be out before 6PM. At 5:30 they call and say they can't make it, but promise to be there the next morning. Next day, you call at 11AM to see where they are, only to learn that they can't make it until after 4PM.I call Clarke Kent Plumbing and get their answering service. A person calls me back in less than 15min and says they'll have a person out in an hour. An hour later Juan Martinez shows up. I show him the problem, he gives me an estimate that I accept, and he gets right to work. Turns out it was a grease clog. He cleans it out, checks out the line with a camera, and all looks good. As he's cleaning up, he mentions that he's glad this wasn't a nasty job. He's in the rain, it's cold, he's standing in mud operating a drain auger, and clearing a clog of grease mixed with municipal sludge. I'd hate to see what he thinks is a nasty job.Juan Martinez did a super job. Professional, up front, courteous, and he got our house working again on a rainy cold Sunday. Thanks!

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

In August Arthur came out to diagnose a strange problem with our AC. He quickly figured it out, was patient with my numerous questions, fixed it and helped us plan the changes we needed to make going forward to keep our unit running smoothly. Best technician we’ve had come to the house in a long time.

I had a power issue that I though was generated by a faulty breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and was still having an issue. I called to schedule an appointment and was given a reasonable date later in the week as it was a holiday weekend. Mike called me and came out on a holiday Monday to help. I was not home so my wife Facetimed me in order to consult with Mike. He checked my work in the breaker box and confirmed I wired the breaker correctly and that power was accurately getting to the breaker. He then proceeded to check an additional GFI on an outlet in the garage. with a simple click, everything was back on. I was embarrassed not to know the fix was so simple and skip this step in my troubleshooting. Mike did not rub my oversight in and after solving the problem did not even charge us!! We have used these guys since we moved into this house 5 years ago and we will continue to be loyal to them. Mike, thanks again for your service.

Indigo came to my house and installed hot water heater. Very good customer service and easy to work with. Other companies quoting month to over a month out, called Indigo and was serviced within the next day.

I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor.His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
