Best Commercial Backflow in Austin TX

I had S&D out to my house to look at a plumbing leak coming from my garage (pre snowstorm). After they pushed the appointment because the technician got caught at another job site, I contacted another company about the leak. The other company came and fixed the leak for over $400 less than S&D quoted me (and S&D's quote was just for the leak investigation, not the plumbing repair, nor the patching of drywall and cement). S&D quoted me $1,400 for the investigation, while the other company did the investigation, repair, and drywall and concrete patching for $988. I then contacted S&D again about a tankless hot water heater (as the company I had just used doesn't offer that work), and accepted the quote and date given by S&D. Again, S&D called because, the technician got stuck at another job site. They tried to reschedule to a weekend more than a week away, after I had just hired someone to stay at my house to wait all day for them to arrive (which they didn't). Exceptionally high prices combined with not keeping appointments. Very frustrating experience, total lack of respect for other peoples time.

Juan was my professional yesterday. Arrived with a great attitude and a very friendly demeanor. We’ve had a very persistent clog in our kitchen sink; he quickly assessed the situation and got to work all while keeping great conversation and an inviting presence. After the clog was dealt with he even fixed a leak and readjust the pipes (that i had messed up trying to unclog myself). To top it all off he gave me some much appreciated advice about sink maintenance so that I can avoid future issues. Great service, great worker. Much appreciated.

I had a sewer back up in my house . I had setup an appointment at 10:30 at night for 3-5 pm the next day. I had the water turned off to my house so I couldn’t use the toilets , shower or anything . They called me the next morning around 8 am saying they could be at my house in 15 minutes . They were very upfront on their prices before starting and worked quickly and efficiently. After clearing the blockage they ran a camera through the plumbing to be sure there were no breaks or anything . They gave me a great peace of mind .

We returned home from Spain to a plumbing emergency, it was a Sat night right in the middle of the UT football game. We called at least 5 different places that advertise 24/7 emergency service and we either got an answering machine, no call back or “we are too busy”. This company called us right back and came out and fixed it for us that night. We felt they were very honest and on the up and up…we will use them from now on.

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. They were very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. I called late this morning and they were here by 2:15!! Talk about service!! If you need anything done, don't hesitate to call them. I've used Classic twice now and won't hesitate to do so again. Each time they came, it was when they said they would. When they got here, they knew what to do and they did it. As a plus, the guys they sent each time were friendly.

Had to get my back flow tested for the city of round rock, he responded and scheduled an appointment with in minutes of me contacting him. Came out and did his job on time and pretty quick. Called about problems with our water heater. Austen got back to me within minutes. After describing what was going on he said he knew exactly what the problem was and that he didn’t even need to come out but could walk us through it over the phone. My husband called later that evening when he got home from work and sure enough within minutes our water heater was back to working perfectly!! Not only that but he didn’t even charge us anything. So grateful for his honest, knowledgeable, and gracious help!! Will definitely be using them again!!!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
