Best Clogged Sink Fix in Austin TX

I called Clarke Kent because I was having problems with my water softener. Their technician came and quoted me $1,117 to repair the unit, or $2,531 to install a new unit provided by them. I decided to get a second opinion from Radiant Plumbing, and they came and repaired my unit with minor adjustments for under $200. I'm thinking that either the technician from Clarke Kent is very inexperienced, or they were trying to hose me. I will not be calling Clarke Kent again for any plumbing services, and strongly advise homeowners to always get a second opinion when you receive a large estimate for repairs.

This is my second experience with Oscar at Roto Rooter.
They are prompt with service and did a good job. Oscar explained what the
Problem was and what needed to be done in detail. They will be
my call again when I have a Plumbing project.

Fantastic experience with Starr Sewer and Drain. In the process of selling our home, the buyers inspection uncovered a 20 foot “belly” in our drain line under our foundation. We had to make repairs and close on the home in under 3 weeks (we had a closing on our new home purchase too). Extensive repairs had to be made in a condensed timeframe. Starr made it happen !!! Mojica Plumbing has been a client of mine so when I needed plumbing services, Mojica was my first call. The service was great. I received a call before the service and Oscar was able to put my mind at ease. Oscar listened to the description of the problem then explained the work he would do and the cost.The work was completed very quickly and with no surprises. Austin Area Plumbing is the best. Their man, Eddie Pollack, is top notch. His professionalism, knowledge and personality illustrated to me what Customer Service used to be like. He arrived on time and ready to get started. In less than 30 minute he had the old water softener unit out and was preparing the copper lines for the new one. The physical install was accomplished in 30 or 40 minutes. The subsequent programming of the valve took about 10 minutes. Eddie checked and rechecked all connections for leaks. One was discovered and the root cause was quickly repaired.I highly recommend Austin Area Plumbing and Mr. Pollack to anyone needing plumbing work. He personifies professionalism and a sense of pride in his work. He demonstrated an earnest willingness for helping the customer understand what is required and what will be performed. I plan on using them for all my future plumbing work.
