After analysis of the issue, Nick provided a quote for approval explaining what needs to be done. The price was fair. After the approval of the quote, he did a fantastic job. He has gone above-and-beyond expectations cleaning the place after the repair was completed, which was a bonus. If I need any plumbing work in the future, I would definitely call Rooterman Plumbing of Austin and request if Nick can perform the repair.

The work performed by Service Technician 1811 was both professional and accurate in terms of isolating multiple issues with a tankless water heater install. Unknown to me initially was major changes would need to occur with the existing plumbing and the time it took for the install was longer than expected but ARS installers completed the work and ARS service technicians were able to refine and complete the job to my expectations. I can honestly say that all the technicians and installers who worked on my set up put a tremendous amount of effort during and after to finalize the job. Thank you for the commitment they have for the trades in plumbing and electrical and I would use there services again. I would caution to ask as many questions as possible though to sales to get both a clear idea of the scope of work and how any obstacles would be addressed.

We found a leak in our gas line that runs across front yard just days before the big freeze of 2023. Called many plumbers with no answers or long wait times.GreenStar was the only one that came to our rescue with responsive initial visit and quick followup to get the parts and make the repairs, as well as pushing the city (at a busy time for them) to get the emergency permitting and inspection done.Chris came out many times to meet with the city inspector and gas company person as well as making the repairs. Even painted the new pipes. We are so thankful to have hot water back!

It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while. This company is BROKE! They downsized hoping to save the business but it hasn't worked out for them. They OWE every single PART SUPPLY STORE they do business with. Yall should really rethink doing business with these folks especially if you're interested in a remodel! The state needs to open an investigation on this business ASAP!

Fred and his team were very responsive installing new tankless water heaters that broke during the big snow storm. I called and VM was full but he text back and then called. Set me up for install the next day. Glad to have hot water again. He was referred to me by a friend who is a contractor. Glad I have a plumber I can depend on now.

Was having an issue with hard water spots on everything. Casey recommended changing out our old water softener. He explained everything beforehand, went over several options and was able to swap it out quickly. You can actually see through our shower now and no more spotty dishes. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend.

Our hot water heater was not supplying enough hot water for 2 or 3 people to take showers. We bought a new hot water heater and Pierre arrived at our house ready to install it. In the process, he offered to test our existing hot water heater (which was not that old) to see if he could fix it and save us the expense of a new one. He was able to fix it and we cancelled the new hot water heater. He was so honest and forthright. We will definitely use them again and recommend Austin Area Plumbing & Drain company to all of our friends!
