I cannot recommend Economy Plumbing—I found their plumbers to be neither knowledgable nor solution-oriented nor customer-friendly. Here’s what happened:I hired Economy Plumbing to eliminate a sewer odor emanating from my bathroom—I wasn’t exactly sure what was causing the foul smell, but clearly it came from the toilet/shower area. Two plumbers showed up on the day of the appointment—one “lead” plumber, and I presume the second was an apprentice. After looking around, they told me the only way to diagnose the problem was by conducting a smoke test through my pipes, which would cost me close to $1,000!I challenged them: why should I test the entire house, and incur an unnecessary $1,000 expense, when clearly the smell was coming from one particular area of the bathroom?. Why not just examine the toilet & the shower specifically? The plumber doubled-down on the whole-house smoke test, not offering any other suggestions or potential solutions. He was even unwilling to remove the shower faucet, as I’d asked him to do, to look & see if a pipe had accidentally broken when a recent plumber drilled into my shower tile to replace the faucet—he just sniffed the faucet & said that wasn’t where the smell was coming from.While the plumbers were peeking in the attic, I conducted a google search for ‘foul sewer smell in bathroom’. I learned that what needed to be done was to have the toilet re-set .... so I instructed the plumber to re-set my toilet. He reluctantly did so ... and low and behold, that solved the problem!I was further displeased when I got the invoice by email. It was bad enough that they added an unexplained $64 “miscellaneous charge” to my bill. But to add insult to injury, there were two different price points on the bill—the regular customer price that I was charged, and a VIP price, which was lower. A not-very-subtle way of telling me that I was NOT one of their preferred customers, I got that loud & clear! Here’s a tip Economy Plumbing: insulting your customers makes for very poor marketing!I will never know if the plumber thought he could get away with overcharging me for the $1,000 diagnostic test because I am a woman living alone & therefore easy prey, or whether he really did nor know how fix the plumbing problem. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

I have used A&T plumbing for many tasks over the past years. Pierre and team have installed two new water heaters, installed dishwasher, replaced toilets, etc. They are always dependable, on-time, professional and overall just do quality work. They also do not push jobs on you or try to scare you into doing work that is not in the customer's best interest. It is great to see small business being run with such integrity. Highly recommended.

The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!)I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

Great service! Came out the same day we called. Noah Webley worked so hard to fix the problem which was a little more severe than anticipated. He fixed it up all while my 4 year old was chatting him up lol! Super nice guy/great service. Def recommend

They are highly skilled and use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and solve problems. They are diligent workers and won't quit until the work is done right. They are a hard-working, teamwork based family business. They were very flexible working within our project schedule and were more than willing to share their knowledge with us. Christian and Beatrice were awesome. They are very communicative-they texted me with updates on their schedule and arrival as well as advice on the type of repair needed. When they arrived, they were super efficient and clean. After each step, they made sure to clean up. You should know that they do not accept CC only cash, check or Venmo. That said, they are super interesting. We had great conversations not only about life in Texas and France. I will definitely call them again if I need a plumber.

Ray was on-time and had provided 30 minutes heads up before arriving. He fixed the water heater issue quickly. I’m addition to that, with impromptu request, he checked water softener system and provided detailed analysis. Unexpected bonus, he fixed electricity issue in my garage. He is very skilled professional, courteous and helpful nature. Definitely recommend.

Friendly premeasure for later gas range top install. Booked as part of Lowes install where I purchased gas range top. Half day window. Called when on the way.
