I had been without hot water for three days. Pierre drove to inspect it within 2 hours of my call, and he was able to get it turned back on! The water heater needs to be replaced, but he was able to get me back up and running!

The technician Michael was on time . He was professional and immediately went to work in order to resolve the problem. . He took his time and was very thorough. We'd been having sewer smells through out the house for awhile and needed to get this issue looked at. Fast Plumbing sent two very professional and courteous plumbing technicians. They took care of the problem quickly and made some suggestions for future problems foreseen. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issues at hand. They stayed in contact via phone calls, emails and texts and always showed up when they said they would. At one point I believe the owner himself showed up. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Found that our shutoff to the house was no longer working, so Plumb Masters replaced it for us. They also let us know about an upcoming repair that we can now plan for (replacement of old PVC line from the curb to our house). Much appreciated!

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

These guys know how to fix some a/c, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Prospective employees BEWARE- they will hire you on with big promises, bragging about being understanding of family needs, and then pay you with paper checks and let you go with NO notice and no severance because they find someone more desirable (meaning someone they don’t have to teach, even though that’s the whole point of hiring an apprentice) to them in the moment, rather than honoring what they told you in the hiring process. Imagine letting someone go and using being slightly late twice due to your special needs child needing additional help those mornings as your ammunition, and then handing you a $200 check for the week without an ounce of guilt, knowing you have a child at home dependent upon you. Absolutely sickening.

Hired Good Flow Plumbing to do a camera inspection of a sewer line when buying a home. Once on site, I found out that their snake with recording capability was broken, so they didn't provide me with a video of the snaking. In an email reply after the fact, they told me recordings are only done if requested ahead of time but I was never offered that option even though it is normal to provide evidence of the sewer line inspection...Luckily my realtor was there and recorded a video of the screen with her phone. We also didn't receive a report for the inspection either. Just an invoice with 3 sentences describing what they saw on the camera.Would not hire again.

Trying out this company. We need a go to plumber. Very professional, offer yearly membership with coupons etc. Pricey, however, I was assured they're very customer focused. We'll see. So far so good, we're pleased with this service of our first call.
