Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

Very happy with the service and company. Was told it would be about a week. They came out earlier than expected completed all the repairs and was very friendly. Ryan did a great job. Prices were reasonable and expected to pay more than I did considering the supply and demand issue right now. Overall I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Charles and Matthew came and fixed a leaking sink for me at the last minute right before we left on vacation. They were super helpful and fast and explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Charles even gave me some tips to save money on my gas and electricity bill while I'm out of town. Very pleased with the service.

We've used O & M twice now on many different projects from sewer line repairs after foundation repair to installation of new toilets, faucets, etc. They are communicative, polite and do really quality work. I also recommended their services to my neighbor and they had a great experience.

Just used Lakeway Plumbing Company again and was very satisfied.We have used Lakeway Plumbing twice and very pleased with the service and price. They showed up when they said they would, had the parts they needed, and their guys are friendly and knowledgeable.

I've used Davis Plumbing Services on 3 separate occasions. To repair a blown pipe, to replace a water heater, and to replace a whole house water filtration system. Every time they responded promptly, communicated clearly, and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Raymond also took the time to answer my questions about preventative maintenance. Highly professional and great work.

Water heater failed during the latest freeze and I had to shut off water the house. We called a dozen plumbers and only this one was available to come that day. Manny saved the day showing up after hours in the freezing cold and got us back up and running in no time with a temporary fix. As promised, he came back a few days later to finish the job and did excellent work replacing some broken components. He was knowledgeable, on time, polite, patient with my questions, worked quickly and I believe he was honest and fair with me at all times. Just all around great service. I'm not too familiar with plumbing pricing but it seemed reasonable to me. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted The Plumbinator of Round Rock over the phone and asked if I could get an estimate for some water hammer issue I was having. She was completely informed from me that I have high water pressure and would need a pressure relief valve installed.The lady on the phone scheduled an appointment and NEVER mentioned there would be a service fee. To my shock I got an invoice the next day. I called to ask why I got an invoice and was NEVER told there would be a $50.00 service fee.The lady was rude when I was asking about why I was not told up front about any service fees. In fact, I asked why she did not tell me and her reply was, I would have told you if you would have asked. I tried to explain that I think it is her responsibility to informme and not me ask her. At this point, I got hung up on. I would have politely declined and went on a search for other companies had she done her job and informed me about a service fee. This is worse than a hidden fee. This is a NEVER told fee.
