As always, S&D Plumbing came through for me! They were able to fit me in their busy Saturday schedule to replace my leaking water heater. Chris and Nick did a fantastic job! Our AC went out and Radiant was quick to respond. We live outside of Austin and they were still able to get to us, diagnose the problem, and replace the unit in a timely manner. We were impressed with their professionalism from the first visit to the last. This company really knows what they’re doing and will absolutely recommend them in the future!Follow up: Tim the tool man came out today and fixed up a few things that needed repair after we had our new unit installed and did an amazing job! Left things looking even better than before! I highly recommend this company.

I called Mr. Rooter in order to get a quote for a cleanout break in my yard. They scheduled the appointment, and then notified me that they were on the way. I feel as though they were honest, prices reasonable, and workers professional. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, they do quality work.

Fabian was very quick to call me and tell me what was possibly wrong with the shower and he was correct. He had 2 of his guys come out and repair the cartridge in my main shower same day. These guys were outstanding and very easy to work with. They also take care of military veterans like myself! Victor came out and checked the work and explained that I didn’t need a circulation pump if the water was getting hot quickly. Very trustworthy, helpful and kind. Can’t say enough great things about this company!

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. I had my A/C die. Precision came and put in coolant for it to blow cold air. It leaked out in a few days. They credited me for the service call to get a new system. Installers Glass and Forrest showed up on a Saturday, spent a long time to custom fit the new a/c system, including disassembling the coils to get it to all into the closet. They professionally answered my constant questions with a smile. I was very surprised two people could do all that work and cleaned up afterwards. They removed the old system and installed the whole system in one trip. I had cold air in one day.

BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN AUSTIN!!!!!! I called A DeaL after a large alphabetical acronym service company cancelled my plumbing appointment about halfway through my 4 hour window. The time was ~6:30pm, it was the college football national championship game night, and day 4 of us knowing we had a significant leak (we made then other appointment 3 days prior) needless to say I needed help. Arnold (the owner) answered, heard my request, said he could be here in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, gave me a quote and starting working. He had also called his sons (who work for him) to assist, they arrived after about 10 mins. They worked together quickly, found the source of the leak (a cheap fix on our main line before we bought the house), fixed it, cleaned up, and knocked $200 off the price Arnold had originally given me, all in under 2 hours. I can't imagine having a better experience with a larger service provider (given what I already experienced). If you're looking for a plumber to solve your problem swiftly to install new plumbing pipes and fixtures, earn your business, and support local Austin family owned businesses I can't imagine a better company than A DeaL. Scott came right on time and was very communicative. He asked what we needed AND wanted. He fixed the leak and even made a custom piece of piping to fit our unique pot filler mount.

We had a terrible clog in our kitchen sink that 3 other plumbers couldn't clear. Zen and Daniel used their hydro-jet to clear the clog. We have old cast-iron pipes, and Zen and Daniel were very careful with them. I couldn't be happier with their speedy response and resolution of our sink issue. I will definitely contact them again for plumbing repairs!

Very impressed with this company. Workers were very timely. The first day of work it started to rain and project was outdoors. They immediately recommended that we call the office to reschedule. The office staff was very helpful and courteous and made every attempt to accommodate our schedule. When they returned to finish the job, again, the workers were right on time and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Ty, JR and Fernando were very courteous, made sure the work site was clean and returned borrowed garden hoses to their original locations. Would highly recommend this company for small handyman needs. Very reasonable and dependable.

Sam and his team did my pipe repair at a reasonable price. They explained everything to me in details and came on time for the job. Very professional and nice people. I will definitely recommend their services for plumbing issues.
