Excellent experience with Capital City Plumbing and Drain at a reasonable price. Worked with Shawn and his communication was great. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

I called Redbud Plumbing after unsuccessfully trying to fix a slow-draining bathtub. From the moment I spoke with Chris, I was impressed. He was kind and professional and gave me an ETA. Dilan arrived on time, quickly solved the problem, and showed me the culprit—an old-school stopper that was stuck in the overflow drain. I'm thankful to have been referred to them.

Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service.

My tile was raising on a slab foundation. To rule out the plumbing, I wanted a static test on the fresh lines and drain line. I set an appointment and explained that this was a rental and that keeping the interruptions for the renter to a minimum was paramount. Fast forward two days later - the plumber shows, claims to not know that the job was for a pressure test, and doesn't have all of the tools or the help necessary to complete. Somehow, he does a fresh water pressure test and finds that the leak meter is spinning quickly. Bingo - we have a known problem, I schedule another appointment one week later (that is when the plumber had availability).Today, the same plumber comes back prepared to reroute the freshwater. However, today the leak meter isn't spinning. After pressuring both the fresh and drain lines, no leaks are found.My complaints are 1) this company has bad communication. The plumber showed up not knowing the job and not having the right equipment. Furthermore, most of the confirmation of scheduling/rescheduling was me reaching out to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain vs. them calling me. 2) it was expensive. I was charged nearly the same amount each time...I cannot help but think having two trips and repeating part of the same process each time lead to extra hours.

Wow...what a great experience with Zoom Drain! After getting quotes from around the Austin area for some home repair work, glad I went with this outfit. Truly professional from start to finish. Ruben and his team have done great work on elective plumbing projects in the past. With 2021’s crazy winter storm we unfortunately ended up with a burst pipe and busted tankless water heater. His team showed up a day early! The work was great! And the equipment they installed was higher quality than what we were replacing. Highly recommend Ruben and team.I wanted to especially call out his install team. These two guys spent 3 hours with icicles and ice cold water raining down on them at the end of a pretty terrible week for everyone. But you would never know it. The works was well done with great attention to detail. Great guys. Great work.100% recommend.

We have used Confidence Plumbing 4 times in the past 1 1/2 years and they are consistently great.! They come when they say they’re going to come and do great quality work at a reasonable price. They are super friendly and very trustworthy. These guys will lift your spirits even when you’re having a plumbing emergency!! Fortunately there are people like Paul & Eddie when you really need them!!

It all went well. Ray Davis put in the water heater very well..... He did an extra thing which he knew would be required...and today the inspector clearly OK'd it....He also repaired a faucet in one of the bathrooms. I was happy he understood the problem.I highly recommend him !

I'm not a preferred customer, yet I called Monday afternoon after 16:00 and they came out the next day. They were on time and did the install in about an hour. The plumber also cleaned up afterwards and hauled off the old toilet. He also took time to review other plumbing needs I was concerned about. BTW I'm a repeat customer. Pros!

I have used them on two occasions, water heater broken and clogged kitchen sink. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, fair pricing, local. They really are very good and you will be happy with the results. As a homeowner this is one resource you want in your “home” file.

I found Manuel through the company’s Facebook page and I have no regrets. I got an appointment super fast and Manuel was on time the two times he was out my house to complete some electrical work. Manuel did a great job with all the electrical work I needed done in my home. The fandelier, pendant light and vanity lights turned out so beautiful. Also hung my tv and helped hide the wires behind the wall, see photos!

Bruce was great! Super nice, professional and QUICK! Had a faster response time and soonest appointments, even out of the big name competitors. He made me feel like my problem was a priority, THANKS BRUCE!!!
