Best Water Quality in Jacksonville FL

Top of the Line Plumbing installed a tank-less water heater in my home. They were punctual, reliable, and very competent. They were careful and did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Prices are fair, and the employees are friendly and professional.

Lousy plumbers! Repiped my home very poorly. Outside spigots whine and leak. Inside pipe cracked. And too expensive.

I called Betros Plumbing to troubleshoot and repair an issue I was having with my septic tank pump. A plumber was able to come the same day that I called for service; thank goodness because it was a FRIDAY afternoon and I really did not want to wait until Monday for service!!! The employee that came was on-time, listened to my concerns, courteous and was able to correct the problem in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs, and I will be using them for any issues that arise in the future.

I would highly recommend Jason at Kingdom Based Plumbing for any of your plumbing issues. We had an emergency event on Saturday night which one of our shower faucets failed. Jason responded quickly and had our water issue under control. We also had Jason come back out the following week to change the rest of our shower faucets to be safe. Jason gave us a break on the cost. His work was done professionally and cleanly.

Zef, the owner, provides outstanding customer service. We replaced an entire AC unit recently. Zef and crew did outstanding work at a reasonable price. I use Flow Solutions for all my AC and plumbing needs. I highly recommend Flow Solutions.

Great company to have doing your plumbing repairs and/or leak detection. The owner is as friendly as he is professional and knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. I can not recommend them enough if you have any plumbing issues that you need handled.

Highway Robbers! My quote was $360.00 to change a washer( using my parts from Moen lifetime warranty)on a bathroom sink faucet. I also got a long lecture on how they are insured if the sink is damaged to explain the high price. I called a local handyman who did the job for $80! :(

My air conditioner went out yesterday and I called Donovan heating and air right away to come out and fix my AC, as my house was getting very hot quickly in July. They said they could not come out day of, but could come the next morning and that someone would reach out with a specific time. So we slept through the night in the hot house and woke up anxious to get a technician out. I didn’t hear from anyone, so I called Donovan to find out what time and to confirm. The receptionist was not friendly at all and told me very non chalantly that they hope to get to my house over the weekend, but not sure and definitely not today. I said I wished the lady the day before told me that info so I could call another company to come out instead. She did not seem to care or want to help at all. Very unprofessional. Does not keep their word or call to inform you that there will be a delay. Instead they dismissed me and had no regard for the initial appointment. Very unhappy with this company.

This company was working on a project in a townhouse next to me, and left a backhoe parked at my back door for 8 days where I've been planting grass seed. On the day I was about to contact them, they finally showed up to take it. However, the trash I stared at for over a week in their cupholders is now thrown on the ground. Scumbags! I used to install underground utilities and if we disturbed anything, we put it back the way it was. On what planet do you abandon construction equipment for a week at any residence and toss your trash on the ground when you leave? Come back and get your Arizona iced tea and bottled water.
