Best Water Heater Replacement in Jacksonville FL

Won't ever use again. They went to the house, was instructed to call prior to arriving and never did. I got a bill 1 month later.
No updates or anything. I still don't even know what they did, outside of what I mentioned on the invoice.

I had a major plumbing emergency and they came out in less than an hour. After arriving they fixed the problem quickly. Definitely recommend.

DJ and his crew mate (red haired guy, not sure of name) are very awesome. They quickly got the clog out of my main line and showed me where I should have them install a clean out. DJ was the only technician working today, the 23rd of December a couple days before Christmas, and our family is very grateful for that, as we had a plumbing emergency that couldn’t wait. Reasonable pricing and very professional and friendly service. Give DJ and his crewmate a raise! Merry Christmas y’all.

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

I contacted Roto-Rooter for help when after showering, the water would not shut off. As the water continued to rain down, I attempted to do what I could to troubleshoot the problem on my own with no success. Upon speaking with the very kind associate over the phone, she was able to set up an appointment for me and Stephen the technician was at the door within the hour ready to remedy the situation! Stephen and later Alex were able to educate me about the problem and the steps necessary to fix things. Both gentlemen were very kind, courteous and professional. I truly appreciate the service I received from the RotoRooter Team!

Work was excellent, the worker were professional, butThe scheduling of their times to arrive was awful.We ask that worker come early in mornings to uninstall toilet, they arrived the afternoon.as a result, a job that could have been done in two days lasted 4 days.I would say that was very poor cooperation. our floor install was most surely left out to dry. ***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300.For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS!So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!?Yes. he said.And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300NEVER USE THEM!!! Beware!!!

The folks there are considerate, they take their time, they wore masks in the home, took their shoes off.... Honestly, would highly recommend. Awaiting a follow up service, so I might adjust my thoughts.
