Great service. Called late Saturday night (11pm) because my engagement ring fell down the toilet, although they had a 4 hour wait, I was able to schedule something early morning between 9-11 and arrived around 10am. Although we couldn’t find the ring, they were able to put the toilet back together quickly and replace all the bolts and wax seal within 20 minutes. Overall very professional and helpful!

We had both Ryan and Jacob come out, two separate service calls, and both were wonderful. Very kind, professional, and worked quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend HHP for any plumbing needs. There’s definitely a reason they have 5 stars on Google!

I had a main sewer line clog and none of the plumbing in my house could be used (showers, toilets, etc). I called two other local plumbing companies prior to Roto Rooter who informed me they could not get to my issue unless it was done in the evening/night with an after hours up charge. I called Roto Rooter and was helped right away on their call line. They put my service call in and within less than 15 minutes I received the text alert that my tech Rosendo was on the way. I would say they got here within 30 minutes of my call with customer service. They were kind, professional and followed safety precautions by wearing masks. Ross thoroughly explained the issue, the process to resolve and ways to help prevent future issues. He also ensured I was aware of the price before the work started. They got to work quickly and resolved the issue. I couldn’t be happier with the service, price and professionalism of their techs Ross and Kaylee. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Tech came back a day after accidentally reversing shower valve cartridge during a service. If only he remembered that he reversed the cartridge… instead, he sat in my bathroom for an hour turning the water mixture dial back and forth, thinking that it was going to change anything. Frustrated, I took to google and found after a few minutes that a reversed valve cartridge could be the culprit. I mentioned this to the tech and was not taken seriously. After a phone call requesting for help, the tech went back out to their vehicle. Fed up, I took the cartridge out and reversed it to the correct position. Tech comes back in and acts like he knew that’s what it was and was about to fix it LOL. Might be putting in an application at Swift Brothers because these guys hire anyone.

After spending over $400 with another plumber and spending more money with an independent leak detection service, Dave with DWV found and fixed our slab leak in 4 hours. Both the first plumber and the leak detection people were looking in the wrong room of our house. If you are looking for someone that takes pride in their work, a true professional, you need to call Dave at DWV.

This company was unprofessional and impatient with us as we were hoping to get an estimate on replacing our water heater. Whoever was the agent on the line needs to find another job where he doesn't have to deal with customers.

I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.

If you are considering a new unit stop now and call Griffin Services.Update: just had them come out and replace our hot water heater with a tankless one. Best company ever.Second Update: Dustin came out and replaced our entire water filtration system and new main water line to the house. We have well water and now everything is amazing. Highly recommend them and Dustin was super informative and explain every step. This is our third major utilities upgrade with Griffin Services.
