I was so impressed with how professional, speedy, and efficient Daniel was at installing my new water heater. My water heater exploded and he really made me feel comfortable in my emergency. Great job Daniel!

DWV Plumbing just finished re-piping my condo and installed a new water heater. New exterior faucets front and back. Installed new single bowl kitchen sink. New tub/shower hardware. I've used DWV Plumbing before and will use them in the future because the work is 1st class, on time, priced reasonably, great value. David Veres, the owner, works on the job and has a crew depending on the size of the job. They are excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service .Do not use .These people can't even Add zones to existing sprinkler systems.I bet if I called in the winter they would be jumping at the chance for my business.?

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

We have used Fenwick several times. I give five stars for all of the visits, but today I am writing about our experience this week. Brandon was our service professional. He was fantastic. We needed two new toilets and service as well. He worked non stop and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and just seemed like a very nice guy. I will continue to use Fenwick . We love our new toilets (something I never thought I would write) !!

Great knowledge of AC systems and how to diagnose and repair.

BEWARE, USE EXTREME CAUTION! Very unprofessional, incompetent, and they lie! Arvin was sent to repair my hot water tank, who was 40 minutes late for a 8:00 AM scheduled appointment. He said I needed an electrician, because the electricity needed for the tank was not compatible with what I have. When asked why was it installed then, he replied the guy that installed it 3 years ago didn't work for them any more (I never told him a name). He also told me, he called his office and they did not do the install, (I have paper work showing they did). He left with doing NOTHING! I called the office to explain the issues I had and spoke with Donna, she was very kind and said she would email the manager and district manager. After hearing nothing for hours, I called again, she gave me the managers name (Mark) and phone number so I could contact him. ALL of many calls to Mark went to voice mail, and I heard NOTHING FROM THE MANAGER OR DISTRICT MANAGER VIA EMAIL. I continued to call the office, for help and guidance about if I needed an electrician, because of the lies Arvin had told me. Not knowing what to do next, I called an electrician and he was at my home at 3:00 PM. The electricity is fine in my home for the hot water tank, because when the install was done, parts were added to make it compatible, why didn't Arvin see that? What I need is a new thermostat and heating element, again why didn't Arvin find that? I know why; the man is incompetent!! I finally spoke to A.J. in the office around 4:30, I told him what the electrician had found. He said I had to call Rheem myself to get the parts, REALLY. A.J> finally saw things my way and returned my call saying it would take 2-4 business days for the parts, Oh my gosh! NO HOT WATER FOR 2-4 BUSINESSS DAYS!!! I say again, BEWARE AND VERY CAUTION if Home Depot (where I bought the tank) tells you this company will do the install. Also if you look online, the Better Business Bureau the rating is a C-.Sandy R.

Peyton Plumbing did a great job for us. No more cold showers, we will use them for all of our future plumbing needs. Scott was on time did just what he said he would do and completed the services in a timely manner.
